Hotel Holiday Resort

It was a memorable stay here ,so if you book a cottage it will give a shiny touch of something like Maldives or Bali. Resort staff are very helpful in all aspects. A shoutout to Ranjanaa in Reception,I found her pretty cool to ask anything ,she is a well behaved professional. We just went 2 times breakfast for Jajabara Resto ,even though I didn’t get much interaction but a definitely shoutout to Sandhya she is a very professional staff with very good behaviour,I like Mr Ravi Narayan as well in the resto. Unfortunately I forgot the name but House keeping staff leave us a great memory. We had a lunch and a dinner in room,it was absolute stunning with food and service. I really do not give 5* in service sector because there is always a possibility for improvement ,otherwise everything was good. I would suggest jajabara resto to give little training on staff professionalism not everyone but some staff I feel like need training how to behave with guests and in front of guests while talking or walking with colleagues. Feels like home away from home with the cozy cottage stay. Warm hospitality and excellent ambience makes the stay memorable every time.Fully equipped gym and swimming pool are two main attractions for us.The adjacent beach is much less congested and really a relief from the hustle bustle and sickening smell of food items like in other busier parts.Holiday resort has become synonymous with Puri for us.

Wonderful stay. I have been there since my childhood with parents and now with my children. Since 2013 I am visiting almost every year except the covid-19 years. Nothing more to say I think....it's Wonderful every time.....waiting for next year.

Our overall experience was very bad. First the parking place nd then staff who assigned was non cooperative. Food is taste less nd staffs behavior was very rude nd not professional. They don't know even how to serve perperly. Very unprofessional behaviour staffs.

Tried to book two rooms for December 2024 holiday trips. Contacted the number given on the website. Some words from the so called Manager on the other side of phone are as follows - "Money not received", "server is down", "have other coustomers on hold - do not want to waste time talking to you", "accept the money receipt request (instead he sent further payment request from me)" once I asked for refund, putting mental pressure while being on hold, bla bla. The shared bank account number changed twice. In short, I have been duped of Rs. 38K (payment proof attached). NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL..THEY ARE SCAM.

I am one of the oldest customers of this Hotel from 1989 every year I visit her find somethings NEW. Food & Good Hospitality make us to visit every year. quality of food as veg. & Nonveg. test is totally different from another Restaurant. This makes my family & friends to visit her.
