The overall experience staying at the resort is very satisfying. Mr. Raju in food service has been courteous. Mr. Manohar Rawat and Mr.Pradeep in house keeping has been very supportive. The overall stay at the resort was very amazing and satisfying.

Dear Pushkar Fort - Luxury Heritage Resort Team, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay with my family at your hotel and our dining experience at the restaurant. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at your hotel with my family. Stay: The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I reached the hotel around 10:00 AM, which was quite early as the standard check-in time at any Club Mahindra resort is 2:00 PM. Mr. Damodar Singh helped me with pre-check-in. They did not charge a single penny for pre-check-in. Thank you very much Mr. Damodar Singh for your all help. My room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a good job. Special thanks to Mr. Pradeep & Mr. Raju from housekeeping staff. Restaurant: The ambiance of the restaurant was great, and the service was good and courteous. The quality of the food was consistent. Some of the dishes were excellent, the breakfast options were great, and we enjoyed them a lot. Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Kunal, Mr. Rahul were very attentive, and Chef Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Mr. Satish & Mr. Nathu has fulfilled our special requirement which we requested separately which was not included in the buffet menu. I appreciate your efforts in making my stay enjoyable, and I hope this feedback will help you improve your services. I look forward to visiting your hotel again in the future and experiencing the positive changes.

Super stay with amazing service... very cordial staff... Roshni and Varsha and Shakti helped were very professional and friendly... we were travelling with kids and it was taken Care of very nicely.. I will visit again..

I suggest you for all please dont stay this in pushkar fort because i stolen my 600$ camera gear and i ask for footage and manger said please come tomorrow and please guys dont stay in this property im a professional film maker and i travel 100+ properties but I never see this type behaviour for staff.

This hotel badly needs updating. Our room was basic, the bathroom was well below standard. None of our tour group of 20 could bring themselves to use the showers in their rooms, they were disgusting. There is a very large swimming pool in the centre of the complex, but the water was green. The only upside was the restaurant, where the food was OK

This property has tied up with club Mahindra and it frankly doesnt stand anywhere to its name of Pushkar Fort. While Check In the front office manager was the rudest person ever met in rajasthan , they allocated me a very very standard smelling room due to which i got allergic. Upon complaining instead of shifting to other room he said if u dont like it u can check out., wow what a welcome., When i returned from pushkar mela a group of foreigners were fighting with manager for smell and stinking rooms , hence i requested the F&B manager to intervene and get me a good room too., for nearly 1.5 hours they kept talking between them and finally when i threatened them to take action reporting to owner Mr.Rajendra they allocated me a room in 5 minutes. So they had the good rooms yet they tried stuffing people to wrong or smelly or defective rooms. I would request the owners to spend some good money to refurbish this property as it is very nice piece of land and greenery. Hope someone from management takes some severe action against the Morning FOM. Rooms in new building from 201-230 are the only ones you should book nothing else until renovated. Food is very very okay types., had to go to westin for lunch during my stay.

The guest service was excellent. I am really impressed with the restaurant service especially by Roshni and Varsha among others .

Had an absolutely pathetic experience at the hotel. Although the property was pretty, the service was a complete rip-off as well as the staff. There was no cleanliness when food was served and water was not provided for more than 3 hrs even after numerous reminders. After waiting for a towel for around an hour, we received one which was souled by bird faeces. Not just that, but we were given a used tissue when asked and almost every plate provided to us for eating was broken. It feels as if our money was stolen and absolutely cheated. Would never recommend anyone this property ever again.

Worst service ever seen.. The staff was not ready to listen to even small things.. the rooms were not at all clean. There were lizards in the room. No supplies for basic materal.. staff came after 4hrs after the call for cleaning.even all the guest were checking out so early of their stay.

We came to the camel fair and this hotel is ideally located for the fair and just a 20 minute walk to town. Great food, friendly & helpful staff and a lovely setting. The swimming pool is very welcome after a dusty day out. Definitely recommended, especially during Pushkar Mela.

We visit this property Pushkar fort very good property front desk restaurant both good food was great staff very friendly we enjoyed a lot good service by staff Mr Damodar and gm both are very nice person by. This is associated with club Mahindra and we had a very good experience

We have the best experience here.. The housekeeping was really good, caring and cooperative.. Mr. Raju and Mr. Pradeep took really good care.. The other faculty was also great.. From top to bottom every person took care of each and everything.. Overall one of best experiences we ever had..

Overall a very mediocre experience. Didn’t expect too much but certain things like mouse roaming around food in restaurants,Flies in restaurants should not have been there. Restaurant staff is not well trained and service is too slow.Wifi was pathetic. Disconnecting repeatedly and low speed. Moreover there is a big water collected in front of hotel which led to problem in the car. Morever staff at the reception wasnt even listening to the mouse issue….. . Even swimming pool was not clean with no regular circulation It would be better if restaurant staff is trained better and restaurant is clean and animals like mouses are not roaming …and the water collected outside the hotel is repaired

Worst experience of club mahindra hotels ever Dampiness smell in rooms Pathetic washrooms Swimming pool is not maintained Happy hub is like almost dying Tabel tennis table is there ball is not available, badminton court is there but shuttle is not broken Drinking Water is chargeable only 1 ltr is given Rest you'll have to drink tap water The room i took there best possible that is also just to pass the night, ants are roaming all over And the rest of the rooms they were giving earlier are not even worth entering in them Property is good but not maintained at all If i would have a option i would rather take a 2 star which would have been a better experience
