Bamboo Saa Mulberry Resort Pushkar

⭐ 2 out of 5 We stayed at Bamboo Saa Mulberry Resort, Pushkar, as a family group of 13. The property has a beautiful ambience and good potential, but our overall experience was disappointing due to several service and hospitality issues. Positives: • Dinner food quality was good. • Breakfast on Day 1 was nice. • Dinner service was slow on Day 1 but improved on Day 2. Concerns: • Breakfast inconsistency: Day 2 breakfast was very poor, with most items tasteless. The live omelette counter was never informed to us on either day; we found out only after asking. Even then, the preparation was inconsistent (one without salt on Day 1, all three tasteless on Day 2) and took nearly 30 minutes despite reminders. • Kitchen availability: We returned from the market around 3:45 PM, but were told the kitchen was closed and only sandwiches/french fries were available. No proper food until 7:30 PM was highly inconvenient, especially with elderly parents. • Room fridge issue: The fridge in our room was not working. Despite multiple complaints and even a replacement, the issue persisted. Staff explained that the fridge works only a few degrees below room temperature, but even after keeping bottles inside for 24 hours, the water remained warm. Very disappointing. • Unfair restrictions: While other guests were openly enjoying hookah at the poolside, our request was denied citing a state ban. Rules should be applied uniformly. • Kids’ amenities: The kids’ pool had no bath tubes or floats, which was disappointing for families with children. Overall: The resort’s ambience and location are good, but inconsistencies in food quality, delays in service, non-functional in-room facilities, lack of proper kitchen availability, and selective enforcement of rules made our stay less than pleasant. For the tariff charged, the experience did not feel value for money.

This was our 4th visit to this resort, we stayed for 3 nights at room no 215. Again this resort and staff bring our experience to next level. Room was spacious and bathroom was very neat and clean with good quality of amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is exceptionally good. We requested to chef for a special dish which came out next level. I would like to thank the Managment who is so dedicated towards all the details and trained the team so well.

Thanks to Manager Jaydeep Singh for the lovely hospitality and Girver Singh and prakash for his courteous front office support.

Excellent Place, Good Food, Manager Pankaj Ji is very cooperative and Also Abhay Sir… Nice place , very good hospitality. I will definitely recommend this place… Satyadev and Naina and Jitendra were very prompt at service and food was served sizzling hot…

Amazing stay with a serene location right next to the city with exceptional hospitality and good food. The swimming pool and the lawn are properly maintained the staff is super friendly and helpful. Travel desk also knows the city absolutely well
