Licheng Youde Hotel recensioner

This is 5 Star hotel and has room heating conditioning system.We stay for 2 nights and on the 1st night it was turn on.But on the 2nd night the hotel management deliberately turn it off. As the outside temp about 10 C and was pretty cold, we requested the hotel management to turn the heat on but they lied that the heating system breakdown and cannot be repair. So much so that we has to endure the freezing coldness throughout the night. We found out the truth in the next morning while talking to their staff. We are very very disappointed and we will not come back again. 👎👎👎

I don’t really write reviews unless exceptionally good or bad but this is really a negative experience … Firstly, not recommended if coming to stay in cold season (Autumn/ Winter/ Spring). The aircon/ heater system is centralised so you can’t adjust the temperature. Secondly, according to the receptionist, they only have ONE tower fan so not really available. Lastly, the attitude of receptionist and housekeeping is extremely unfriendly compared to before (I stayed here 3 times) and I put a good review in 2023. This time, the solution they provided to a female guest is to open the window and curtain at night for cold air… which I personally think is inconsiderate for a female guest. I gave my feedback to the receptionist when I checked-out so hopefully they can add more tower fans to their inventory.

订之前看了差评，非常猶豫，但是到了之后，真的是非常滿意，房間絕對夠星級標準，女儿们一间，我一间，她们都不想离开房間，而且又续住了一天，下次还会再来这间酒店的。

早班女前台態度差。幾年了依舊沒改善，不知道跟領導什麼關係。每次入住辦理都很反感這2個女的。解決問題毫無表情，一種你愛住不住，我不差你這客户的臉色樣子，話比客户少，詢問問題也冷漠。好歹標識的五星高級酒店，友德我每年都住，應該有8年了，基本住行政或套房。寫明要有煙，但開完才知道無煙。馬桶壞了夾屁股。瞬間第二天退房，去香格里拉吧。市場這麼大，你選客户，客户也會選擇你。前台是見面和樞紐。開場不舒心，誰住的會得勁。

除了酒店外部裝修感覺有點老氣以外沒有缺點 內部裝修相當的雅緻特別耐看、而且還是智能馬桶 早餐：早餐味道好又豐盛、 健身房：健身房雖然不大但是看起來就很乾凈整潔！旅行第一站最美好的開始

新中式裝修風格設計，房間挺漂亮。床寬敞舒適。還有贈送水果盤和大量的礦泉水。拖鞋舒服。智能馬桶，使用方便舒適。

房間比想像中寬敞 裝修挺有質感 還有個步入式衣櫃 比較驚喜的是下午時有阿姨送水果盤和樓下餐廳的下午茶卷 挺貼心的 早餐也不錯 有挺多現炒的菜 吃起來胃很舒服 總體性價比很不錯

商旅可以，親子不合適。早餐一般；中規中矩，春節期間，性價比尚可。KTV在樓下，吃飯唱完直接上樓睡覺。

酒店硬件設施齊全，房間很大，住得很舒服，唯一缺點是過年期間KTV有點吵，半夜醒來能隱約聽到聲音

非常滿意，前台小姐姐和客房阿姨服務態度真的好，剛一碰面就微笑問好，房間乾淨衞生，酒店還有新開的自助洗衣房，真是方便了，還有桌球室和健身房，都在7樓，特別是健身房的設施，健身器材一應俱全，簡直都可以媲美專業的健身房了，必須點個贊👍
