Hotel collect $300 deposit for each room this is mention in their website.
Front desk service is poor not helpful at all.
Deposit not refund after check out still waiting .
Breakfast location is located at new hotel site.

However, I'm truly sorry that you haven't received the refund yet after check-out.We completed the deposit refund operation when your check-out was finished. If you paid via WeChat Pay, you can check the whereabouts of the money immediately. Or you can call the hotel, and we will take a photo of the operation receipt and send it to you. I'm also sorry to hear that our front desk service poor and not helpful. I'll have a serious talk with our front desk team to improve their performance and ensure that such situations won't happen again in the future. Overall, it was a great experience. The room had some issues, the sockets were very old and we could not plug anything but the hotel staff resolved the issue right away. It was 10 minutes walk from Starbucks and McDonald’s
