This Cabin was reassembled from 2 early to mid1800s cabins to form this lovely dogtrot style home. It is situated on a 250-acre cattle farm just outside of Cookeville Tn. A rustic home with modern amenities.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).No dogs on furniture/beds. A Little Piece of Tennessee Heaven Amazing little cabin that is located in the perfect spot to go visit all the state parks that are around Cookeville! We loved our stay and hope to be back one day!

Beautiful cabin getaway The pictures don’t do it justice. We could not have asked for a better stay, the cabin was clean and has everything you need. The surrounding area is so beautiful. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Getaway This is our second time staying at the cabin and it was just as cozy as the first time. Perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The owner is very nice and we loved spending Thanksgiving here. Will definitely be back!

Weekend at the Dogtrot Cabin We loved everything about the cabin! It's charming, very comfortable and beautiful inside. Its rural location means it's quite private and quiet. It is convenient to two (that we went to) state parks with gorgeous waterfalls and nice hiking. We also spent time in Cookeville (15 mins away) at the cute bookstore and several good restaurants. This was a perfect place for us!

Quaint & Cozy We loved the cabin and where it sits on the farm. The cabin vibe with modern touch’s were very well designed. It was the perfect space for a weekend getaway! The beds were perfect we all slept like babies. Yall have a beautiful house and we are definitely going to keep this one as one of our favs!! Thank you again for allowing us to stay with you!
