Property has full kitchen, breakfast area, living room with TV, internet available, lots of windows with lake view, handicap ramp, wrap around deck with furniture, propane grill, fishing pier, small beach area and woods along lake shore. Space to dock a boat available upon request. There is a short gravel drive up to the cabin.
*****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. Clean property and friendly renter. Was very easy to reach and agreeable. Plenty of places to fish, swim or canoe. The only con I have is that the driveway is very narrow and difficult to back out of in a large truck. You can turn around but it is very tight.

So Perfect!
We loved every minute of our stay for my daughter‘s graduation. Such a cute little cottage on the property of the owner with incredible lakefront and views. We enjoyed being in a quiet residential area. The hosts were very gracious and friendly and easy to communicate with. This cottage had everything we needed.

Spectacular Views
Very comfortable cottage on a beautiful tree-filled lot. We enjoyed the views of the lake from the living room, sitting on the deck and down by the lake around the fire pit.

Dogwood Cottage
The cottage is absolutely perfect, quaint, quite, and the view is fabulous! Very clean and beds very comfortable, everything you would need! The Hostess is so helpful and accommodating. You will love this cute Dogwood cottage!
