The staff was great and very kind. The hotel seems old inside and you find little bugs which was not ideal.

Very nice hotel with amazing cuisine and always smiling pleasant staff. Ideal for couples and calm days between trips. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is comfortly hard. 100 metres from hotel there is great ayurveda massage center. If I will again travel to Sri Lanka, definitely I will stay in this hotel again.

For visitors: We visited the hotel last weekend with our family for my wife's mother's birthday. The staff was so friendly. We had an overall good experience. We stayed in ground-floor rooms next to the pool. The food was excellent despite not having many food variations. The pool was great, heated and clean. The restaurant, pool, and rooms were all so close that it was an advantage to save on walking time. For management: The bathroom had a smell when the A/C was turned off, but with the A/C it was OK. Please consider displaying the names of the staff. Otherwise, you cannot figure out the actual people who bring the real value. Every one of our family, especially admired two of the staff members. They seem motivated and are doing their job perfectly well. First, the lady who welcomed us. She was absent on the day we checked out, so we don't know her name. But she had braces on her teeth, if I remember correctly (if someone mentions her name, I'll edit this). Another member is a small, young lady from the restaurant. She had a trainee label on her uniform, if I remember correctly. Staff at the bar were also so flexible and supportive. Apart from them, Mr Marasinghe and Mr Suresh also did their best to make our arrangements better.
