Hotel Kabo Pyeongtaek recensioner

If you booked deluxe double but they would upgrade your room to the higher and more spacious room since you customers are so pretty and beautiful (which is so inappropriate for a hotel service person to say), do not upgrade it because it is actually a downgraded room with possible smoking smell. The higher level and spacious room will be old, smelly and not so clean. I asked the front desk to move back to the original room that I booked because I couldn’t stand the smoke smell. When I moved to the new clean deluxe room I booked, I was so baffled as to why they in the first place offered a shitty room and say it’s an upgrade. Did they want to save our deluxe room and use it for another customer? Or were they just lazy to clean up after us so left the room untouched? If it weren’t for me to ask them to move back to my original reservation, I would’ve had paid a wrong amount for a wrong room and a wrong experience… also, the check out is 12pm when the app says it’s 1pm.

Well located hotel, with big rooms that comes with a bathtub. Personally, I don’t prefer hotels with carpets so they lost one star as a result. Otherwise, well located in the city hall area.

침대 매트리스가 정말 좋네요 다른 곳은 스프링 소리가 팅팅 나고 꿀렁 거려서 잠도 설쳤는데 가보는 매트가 두껍고 탄탄 하네요 방음도 잘돼있고요

룸업그레이드 해주셔서 편히 쉬고 왔어요

클래식한 호텔 큰 기대는 금물

시설이 오래되어 전반적인 상태는 좋지는 않습니다. 무난히 출장으로 하루밤 지내기는 괜찮은 것 같습니다. 조식은 부페로 제공되나 별도 비용을 지불해야 됩니다.

처음 가 본 곳인데 깔끔하였습니다. 그리고 전통이 있는 오래된 호텔 같았습니다. 층수도 많고, 객실 개수도 많은 것 같네요.

서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 고객의 상황에 최대한 맞춰 적용해 주시려고 합니다. 다만 기본 시설이 자체가 많이 노후되고, 담배 냄새가 호텔 깊이 배어 있습니다. 냄새도 없애주시려고 노력하셨는데, 쉽지는 않네요

화장실 정말 더럽습니다. 세면대 물때가 시커멓고, 벽은 닦지 않아서 비누자국으로 하얗고, 욕조 옆으로도 하얗고, 욕조에 물때 장난아니고, 진짜 더러워서 다신 안갑니다. 관리 좀 하셨으면 좋겠네요.
