Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino

I cannot rate this hotel enough. We came last year for our honeymoon for a week and enjoyed it so much we had to return. This time for two weeks! Everything is perfect. The setting looking across the bay. The architecture of the building. The planting in the grounds has grown so much from last year and I’ve taken so many photos. The service is absolutely five star. The hotel manager Nicole made a point of greeting us every day to make sure our stay was perfect. The staff are truly exceptional. Every single person is smiling and happy. A big shout out especially to Carlo George Dionysus at Pizza Sapienza a must of pizza delight. Thomas and Anna in the gym Naomie at the beach club Dessi the sommelier from Sicily Panayodis at the beach club Beata at breakfast Chloe in the restaurant at the beach with her smiley face everyday. Im sorry not to mention every one’s name but each person at the hotel made our holiday. Rooms are exceptional with stunning views from all. Love the electric bikes to go down to the beach and making the hill up to our room a doddle! Wildlife to enjoy everywhere. Watching the swallows swooping at breakfast was so beautiful. Food at all restaurants 5 star. What makes the resort social though is the ambience of peace and tranquility. We will be returning again next year for sure.

Beautiful property in a wonderful setting. We visited to celebrate a big anniversary and had an truly great experience. We tried menus from all the restaurants, food was great, and the staff was exceptional all the way from check in to send off. Well worth visiting and plenty to see and do in the area.

This is an excellent Mandarin and the accommodation was equally superb. Excellent views over the bay. The staff were faultless and addressed us by name, which always indicates great training. Very good restaurants, in particular the unique Pizza Experience, where one sits around a large bar, where the renowned chef prepares multiple pizzas throughout the meal. As good as it gets. Supposedly the best pizza chef in the world - and I wouldn’t challenge that claim.

The name Mandarin Oriental comes preloaded with expectations and the hotel and staff at Costa Navarino certainly delivered. It’s setting on a tranquil bay is the perfect back drop for the stunning hotel on different layers flowing down the hill to the sea. Checking into the lobby completely open to the view with tiers of terraces was an eye opener like something out of a Bond film. And the perfect spot for drinks and dinner while the fun goes down. From the interiors to the uniforms to the welcome so much thought has been put into this hotel and staff deserve full credit. The photos speak for themselves but one of the amazing things is there so much space if you want to get away from other guests. There is a good choice of restaurants on site with exquisite food and don’t miss dining at the adjacent golf clubhouse or the quintessentially Italian Pasta y Vino in Gialova where quality ingredients rule. Honestly Mandarin is worth the experience to stay in this little slice of Greek heaven.

I visited The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Costa Navarino and was beyond impressed. The spa facilities are gorgeously built, with a beautiful eye for decor. My therapist Paige has been great to meet and receive a treatment from. She has a calm and engaging personality, and making conversation comes easily to her. She paid attention to my requests, and ensured she covered these during her massage. Her massage is lovely, warming up the muscles correctly before introducing elements of pressure. I realised areas of tension in my body that I didn't know I have, and I left feeling much better after the session. She has learned details about the property and was able to offer them to me with ease and passion. I was delighted to learn about the spa and the hotel from her. After the massage, I enjoyed the steam room, sauna and cold plunge - finishing off with a gentle swim in the fabulous pool, overlooking the Navarino Bay. An experience I will remember for years to come.

Unbelievably relaxed, luxurious experience. Exceeded my expectations by a lot. The rooms are amazing, the food options are super varied and amazing quality, lots of options for entertainment, relaxation, kids. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the facilities are really top class
