Sainte Marie La Mer: Please note: the commune of Sainte Marie La Mer (66470) is located in the Pyrénées-Orientales As part of the water restriction measures linked to drought in some of our departments, please note that the swimming pool of the rental may be closed by prefectural decree. Residence "Balnéa", 5 storeys. In the centre of Sainte Marie Plage, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular heated (10 x 14 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-20:00). In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles. Shop, grocery 100 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, bakery 100 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Perpignan" 15 km, sandy beach 20 m, diving center 20 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, riding stable 1 km. Nearby attractions: Canet Plage 8 km, Perpignan 15 km, Collioure 30 km, Espagne 35 km, Barcelone 200 km, Andorre 180 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Villeneuve de la Raho 20 km, St Jean Pla de Corts 40 km, Gorges du Gouleyrous 42 km. Hiking paths: St Martin du Canigou 70 km, Massif du Canigou 77 km, Lac des Bouillouses 105 km. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in CANET, 10 km. 2-room apartment 37 m2 on 3rd floor. Very practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Small terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 54 (fenced 1 car). Holiday quality guaranteed 😁 the contact with the agency is excellent and the apartment nothing to say, perhaps the only downside is the sofa bed in which it is extremely difficult to sleep (beware of back pain) I still give 5*

Beautiful apartment well located in a quiet resort. Only downside a single set of keys, difficult to juggle between different activities in these conditions

Finally a rental where everything is there. No need to move the house, everything is planned. This is the first time that we have had such a well-equipped rental. We will return !!!

Très bien situé face à la mer et à la plage. Intérieur agréable et confortable, une belle terrasse si on souhaite déjeuner/diner à l'extérieur.
