Novotel Marsa Alam Beach Resort

Mustafa Mahmoud was our room cleaner. Every day he make a beatiful figures from towel on bed. He was very friendful and helpfull. Room was very clean, he left every day new bottel with water. We came talk with him and get many helpful information. He speak english and a little bit Polish. Great Man

Great hotel, very tasty food, very good room cleaning, special thanks for Mustafa Mahmoud room cleaner, rooms 20104, 20105, 20106, was always perfect. Also entertaiment Crew was on top level! And of course beautyfull reef, something amazing. All our family was happy from this holiday.

Very good hotel nice view comfortable room services was great main restaurant is excellent the food is healthy delicious and has varied food. Me and my boys were so happy to come for 2nd time here enjoyed sea, snorkeling and pool. The hotel very quiet and clean. Thanks for all employees especially Vice President Mr. Sharkawy.

The restaurant is very good and the whole staff is very accommodating and friendly with all guests. The price to quality ratio is perfect, great safari, the pools were very clean and despite the high number of guests, there was no crowding feeling at all. I also liked the animation team and their shows including the darwish dance and the egyptian folklore dances. Thanks To Everyone Who Made The Experience Perfect

The place is more than beautiful it’s just a part of heaven.. the staff are amazing specially Abdelrahman and Mohammed Roshdy in the reception such a great and helpful guys .. the room is super clean and comfortable and the food is just perfect … I enjoyed my honeymoon so much and actually extended my stay twice ♥️

Its my first time in novotel marsa alam and not the last , The hotel is Very nice all the staff are helpful and very familiar, and the kids club is very nice and clean special thanks to Mrs viola she take care from the kids there and always do her best to keep the kids happy

We had a great 7 days stay at this beautiful hotel. The lay-out is perfect, the view from the restaurant terrace is breathtaking (with well chosen music as background you could spend hours admiring the seashore and the picturesque jetty, if it weren't for the temptation of the gorgeous house reef) the buildings are surrounded by beautiful small gardens. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is tasty almost without exception (some of the dishes were quite delicious). We would've preferred more Egyptian/Oriental themed dinners, though (the local dishes were by far the best). The staff was helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Mahmoud Massoud, always smiling and very helpful. The only (minor) inconvenience was that access to the reef from the jetty wasn't possible earlier than 8 o'clock. We're already thinking about coming back as soon as possible!

One of the most amazing, peaceful and charming places, the team there deliver so nice services, all of them so supportive and generous. The room are so clean, the food is delicious and their are a lot of varieties. I recommend it to any one look for lovely peaceful mind.

Well, as for my experience at the Novotel Marsa Alam Hotel, it was pretty great in general and it was nice as well, but I have some feedbacks that I would like to add there in a friendly way as a friend who works in the hotel's fields and not like a guest. First, I would like to express my admiration for the grill and what is served there because every day the taste was great from the butcher section and they really deserved 100 out of 100. Then I moved to the hot section which was also great and the taste was very good. I know that there are not many options but this does not negate that the hot section was worthy of 10/10 in terms of Paying attention to the taste, also the Gardemange in the Salad section that it has is also wonderful. The salad was varied in terms of international and also oriental types and many such as mini sandwiches that were sometimes served with dinner and lunch meals inside the restaurant. Also the bakery section was very nice for breakfast and it deserves 10/10 as well. There is no doubt about that. The morsel of bread was amazing and cooked with precision. The taste was very nice as well and nothing bothered me there and all the things in the bakery were very good. Go to the pastry section. This disappointed me a little because it was not often artistic. There is a lot that the hotel’s pastry department must work on, especially oriental sweets, because they were often not at the required level. Therefore, I personally hope that a little work will be done on the pastry department and the matter will be developed there, I know that sometimes it has to do with materials, but creativity can also be done with a few materials. I would also like to thank the public chef there for his frankness in everything and how he can control Quality and how he is a very respectable, friendly and very calm person. This is with regard to food. There were no problems with it. As for the service in the restaurant, it was fairly good and the stuff was very friendly, nice and helpful, but I have a simple addition that can make it better, which is making places to bring cola, soda and soft drinks inside the restaurant so I can bring them myself instead of waiting. Until my turn comes with the waiter and he brings me coke, etc, Because sometimes I had finished my food and the cola had not yet arrived, but that is no problem. I hope this point will be worked on. Also outside next to the coffee making machine there is a juice machine with two types of juice and there is a third drawer that is empty. In my opinion, if this drawer is added with water It will be very good instead of taking myself from outside and entering the restaurant to get water and coming back again, so the water will be next to me and I will not have to take a long time in this. As for the room, it was beautiful and clean and the air conditioner was working great there, and also the house keeping were wonderful people, but What I don't know is how a person can only have two sma
