Amazing animation team in a wonderful hotel! Different activities every day and cool after parties in its bar. Body the DJ helped us create perfect atmosphere and crush the dance floor. Their beauty salon takes care of every imaginable issue and does it perfectly! Very few souvenir shops in the area.

We had an incredible time at this hotel! The overall design, especially the gardens, was absolutely stunning (the gardeners are doing an amazing job!). Our room was spacious, equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning staff ensured our room was spotless every single day. The food was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Every night, there was a BBQ featuring a variety of meats, so there was always something new to enjoy – you definitely won’t get bored of the food! The beach area was fantastic, offering activities like volleyball, pétanque, and even camel rides. One of our favorite features was the pier, where you can snorkel at the end. The underwater world was breathtaking, and the lifeguard was attentive, making sure we felt safe throughout. A huge shout out to the animation team for their incredible effort! The evening shows were fantastic and SO MUCH FUN, and the daily activities like aqua aerobics and volleyball added so much fun to our stay. A special thanks to queen Berta for going above and beyond to make everything even more enjoyable – she’s truly the best! Also, a big thank you to Miriam (I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly; she works in guest relations at the desk next to reception) for helping me organize a birthday surprise. I really appreciate her help! For the downsides: The breakfast bag we received for our early morning flight was disappointing. (This is provided when your flight departs too early for the regular breakfast service.) Unfortunately, it didn’t match the amazing breakfasts we enjoyed at the hotel – we only managed to eat the banana, as the rest wasn’t very appetizing. Lastly, we were constantly disturbed by a variety of sellers trying to promote/sell excursions or the hotel’s amenities. We were constantly being interrupted while we were reading, talking, and even while we were sleeping. We understand this is common in many hotels in Egypt, but it would be a significant improvement if the hotel made an effort to minimize these disturbances. For example, it would be much better if, during check-in, guests were informed about where to find these sellers in case they were interested in booking excursions or spa treatments. Overall, we truly enjoyed staying at this hotel and can’t wait to return!

The "Novotel" hotel in Marsa Alam is a true gem among accommodations where I had the honor of staying. Located right by the sea, it welcomes guests not only with stunning views but also with exceptional service. The staff is incredibly polite, and communication in English makes ordering or changing reservations seamless. Guests are treated with exceptional care and attention. The cuisine at the hotel is a true feast for the senses. Each meal can be composed according to personal preferences, using a rich buffet. As part of the All Inclusive offer, three meals are served, and alcohol is unlimited and free until midnight, making moments spent at the table even more joyful. Additionally, snacks are available between meals, and the pools invite relaxation. The hotel also offers free beach towels, daily towel exchange, and room cleaning. Guests can count on assistance with luggage transport to and from their rooms. Furthermore, the travel agencies in the hotel offer a variety of excursions and transportation to local attractions. Evening entertainment, such as showtime, adds magic to the stay. After the performances, there are discos where the DJ adapts the music to the tastes of all guests, and favorite tracks can be requested. The DJ, with incredible charisma, knows how to excite participants by presenting choreographies for interactive dances. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone!

Location: Hotel is placed on the nice beach, but you can go to the sea only on 3 places - there are marked 2 "lagoons" by buoys and they are really small (the bigger one approx 4x4 m) therefore swimming is out of question. Also high of the water in these "lagoons" are max 1 m (in case of low tide it is even less). Third option is pier, but during our stay it was open only 2x (7 days stay) due to wind. Pools: nice pools but very cold water Accomodation: nice hotel and nice room. There is A/C in the room but it is so loudy that you can´t have it on while sleeping Food: very good food, a lot of options to choos from. Only if you are coffe lover bring your own coffe - I was quite suprised that you can´t even buy a good coffe - there is no good coffe machine anywhere in this hotel. Staff: very friendly and helpful people Overall: It is nice hotel with nice staff but due to the fact that we were not able to swim in the sea most of the time we will not return to this hotel. I´m going to the seaside to be able to swim in the sea and not only look at it or stand in it.

Everything is fine. Especially Mustafa - cleaning man .Thank you very much for every day towel figures you make for us Than you for everything. Food is very good, animation also. Weather is beautiful. Nice hotel, You can come and rest and relax in this hotel very well.

Very nice hotel. Food is tasty, and selection is more than enough for every one to choose from. Many activities possible, ping-pong, gym etc. and each day you can participate in interesting animations. Big thanks to housekeeping, especially Moustafa Mahmoud for beautiful decorations

Beautiful hotel and wonderful stay. The staff are very friendly, especially the beach workers. We would like to thank, in particular, the lifeguard Youssef Ibrahim, who took us swimming in the sea and exploring the coral reefs and fish. service in the restaurant at the highest level, tasty food, my heart was stolen by the grill and seafood dishes. beautiful room with a sea view. It was a wonderful vacation and we are looking forward to the next one. P.S I also recommend horse and quad trips at the hotel.

Great and calm hotel. Very nice and friendly staff and animation team. Food is delicious. Every day there is a different style and taste of food. Healthy food included. Rooms are very good and clean! The resort is big enough. Great gym with helpful trainer. ❤️

Hotel with great oportunities however service in F&B outlets needs big improvmenst. We went to many hotels in this region but first time I have experienced that there is no service while the bar is still open. The person who is in charge of beach bar closes whenever He wants. Bar closes at 18:00 but this barman goes to lifeguards desk at 17:00 and pretendens its nobody there or He just leave his work while still should be open even thought He sees us standing there. He also told us many times that drinks has finished that’s why He needs to close which was unfortunatelly not true. I spoke to General Manager about it but He was not interested at all in listening to my opinion. There is this saying “A fish rots from the head down” and its always true. They have an advantage thouht the hotel is very green and there is plenty of gardners working all day long to make it looks nice. Our housekeeping person was good. Thanks for that.

Mustafa Mahmoud was our room cleaner. Every day he make a beatiful figures from towel on bed. He was very friendful and helpfull. Room was very clean, he left every day new bottel with water. We came talk with him and get many helpful information. He speak english and a little bit Polish. Great Man

The hotel is AMAZING! Everything was more than perfect the food, the staff and for sure the nature is breathtaking!!! ❤️ you will enjoy every minute there. also, Mr AYMAN was EXTREMELY helpful and made our trip even better Snorkeling is HIGHLY RECOMMEND and the best activity there.
