Jaz Maraya Resort - All Inclusive

Excelent hotel and service (especially in lobby, special thanks to Sayed and Hamdi for extraordinary service, and lovely cocktails). Only entertainment team is a little annoying Especially when You want to rest and they are asking 20times a day!

Hotel Jaz Maraya is our favourite hotel. We return here regularly either in spring or in autumn (to avoid the highest temperatures). It is a great place to stay with kids: you have aquapark and nice (heated) swimming pools here. It is possible to go to swim in the sea, but the beach is quite far (but that is not a problem - the sea is quite cold in spring and autumn). The food is really tasty and service is on very high level. We always feel welcome here. Compared to other hotels in Marsa Alam area, the size of the hotel is smaller, so you don't feel like anonymous person, but a guest.

In October, we visited the Jaz Maraya hotel. I can confidently say that it was our best vacation ever. It was our first time in Egypt, and we will definitely be back. I am delighted with the top-level service, which maintained a pleasant and family-like atmosphere. Our room was cleaned daily, and we are very grateful to Kasim, who took care of the cleanliness and made beautiful towel art for us. Special thanks also to Hamdy, who served us every evening and brought us delicious drinks and snacks (non-spicy chips ). Thanks as well to Manager Helmy, who kindly saw us off on our departure day and offered assistance for the future. I highly recommend the Jaz Maraya hotel. Magdalena and Family from Poland :)
