Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam - Red Sea

Everything was excellent! The room, service, facilities, food, and entertainment were top. This hotel is one of the best hotels we have experienced in our lives! Perfect for a relaxing, romantic holiday. Plus, the swimming at the sand beach was so comforting, safe, and snorkeling was definitely worth it. Not to mention that October is a month of perfect weather. We celebrated our honeymoon one year late and wanted to enjoy and rest, and Alaya delivered that. Only point of improvement would be increasing the frequency of employees taking orders at the pools and beaches.

We stayed at Steigenberger Alaya Resort for 5 days and had the best time here! The staff was amazing (special shout out to Mohamed and Al Husseiny from the reception and Medhat who recommended tours!) who made our stay extra special. They were super attentive, from providing tips on dolphin tours, preparing breakfast boxes, arranging for late check out - they even remembered our room number and our itinerary to make sure our travel plans are seamless. Thank you so much Alaya team!

Our stay was amazing! We actually didn’t know it was all inclusive so it was a really pleasant surprise. The value is really great for what it includes - food, drinks, fitness classes, entertainment. The resort is really well managed and the staff are all really friendly. The staffs Mohamed and Al husseiny (both from the reception) were really helpful and super friendly. Had a great time, would come back, would recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and was thoroughly impressed by the facilities and activities on offer. There was also plenty of dining options (seafood, Italian, Asian) on top of the main buffet. The reception staff, especially Mohamed and Al husseny, was particularly attentive throughout our stay

It was our 2nd stay this year and already planning next one! Highlights: - communication before and during our stay with the reception team was very pleasant and very effective; many thanks to Taha Mustafa and his colleagues! - the swim up deluxe rooms are amazing - guest structure is a big plus in the hotel - very calm, safe and relaxed atmosphere in the whole resort - we loved the Arabic Friday, with the Arabic lesson with Rany and the Arabic dinner at the main restaurant! The food and the live music were absolutely amazing!!! - everything and everywhere very clean - we tried the fish restaurant on the beach for dinner and it was very nice. The beach bar is great for lunch, drinks, which is already known by all guests so it was mory busy than in April😉 - the variety and quality of the food for breakfast and dinner was so good!!! - all hotel staff very friendly and hard working; we loved our morning coffee and tea at the lobby bar and pre-dinner drinks there as well. Nour was very attentive... Actually all the staff were great! We tipped a lot because the service was so good😉 - beds are soooo comfortable, we all slept like babies 😉 - no insects in the area Small details for improvement: - slow WiFi, but I didn't need/expected fast one, so for me not a problem. Anyway, I used a data SIM card from Orange for 15 Euro with 25 GB and it worked very well - there are obviously some interconnected double rooms and the door isn't soundproof. Our neighbours were thankfully very quiet, but there should be definitely a wall/soundproof door between the rooms.

Perfect hotel in every detail. Me and my wife were 3rd time and for sure will go next year again. We alwyas feel like at home. Same as before had peace and quiet time and super service from everyone person in hotel . We won't write about rooms, restaurants, swimming pools, etc because they are wonderful. It was wonderful time for me and my wife. We can recommend this hotel to everyone !

Currently staying at the Alaya Resort :-) We are enjoying a truly amazing and relaxing stay. The resort is a very spacious orientated resort. Extremely large pools which you almost have for your self. The sunbeds are most comfortable and also set up very spacious. The rooms are also very spacious, modern, up to date, romantic and ultra clean. Lots of closet space and very nice bathroom. We are staying at 2nd level which is the most upper floor and have a great view over the large pools. Njoyable balcony. I requested a twin bed in advance and the bed is literally over 2 meters width. We have been to more 5* adult only all in resorts but this one stands out the most, by far:-)) Relaxation to the max. All staff is extremely friendly and kind -＞ whatever you need: they’ll take care of it. The food and its variety is hallelujah. We will definitely return in the future. Ps: the snorkeling is beyond beautiful. We saw some murene’s almost as big as anacondas ;-)

I think it's already the fifth time in two years in this complex, everything is very carefully set up from the reservations at the A la carte restaurants to the care you take or make you feel good. I had the deluxe room with a sea view from the balcony you could see the sunrise. The food is diverse and tasty. The sea is superb for diving and snorleking, they also have a beach volleyball or tennis court equipped with a nightstand. It should be noted that it is an adult only hotel, the evening shows are to be qualified with live music. Anything I needed Ahmed at the front desk took care of right away. It is a place where I will definitely return.

Hotel is more than perfect , All facilities are good , we are for the scend time here and we really enjoyed as usual ,, sure we will come again for this hotel ,,, we are grateful for all the staff special the Reception team thank you ALL for making our holiday and see you soon
