Wadi Lahmy Azur Resort - Soft All-Inclusive

這個酒店是目前旅行生涯中遇到過體驗最差的酒店，主要是酒店的前台和經理態度太差，涉及歧視國人，非常粗魯對待客人，已經無法表達他們的那種嘴臉，非常完全不推薦國人去入住，客觀講應該下架這個酒店。雖然最終結果還是不好，訂了其他酒店入住，但非常感謝攜程平台也在非常努力幫忙溝通！

Very suitable for honeymooners who wants to relax ,the staff is very friendly especially mr omar , the room is clean the food is awesome Especially the pasta from chief mostafa Other wise all food is so delicious and alot of variations of different types of food Recommend this hotel to every newlyweds

Fantastic place and great experience for us. Staff is very friendly and helpful and will try to help with any issue. The view is amazing, from the beach ("guarded" by bird of prey osprey on one end) you can see beautiful laguna and deep sea, plenty of birds and fish, ships on the horizon. The restaurant offer a wide variety of food, so anyone can find something for themselves, there's a fresh fish on daily basis and awesome sweets. Next to the restaurant on the beach there's a tent where nice older gentleman is serving Arabian coffee and shisha, there's a nice spot out there to look at the stars. There's a well maintained garden full of flowers and trees in the area, couple of pools and bars. Laguna is very warm and clean, great place to swim and observe marine life, the coral reef in the sea is even more stunning, and there's a diving center on site with great instructors/guides. One can also find some shops and couple of spots to play games. Rooms are well maintained, cleaned daily and there's always a pleasant smell when returning to the room. Some of the facilities could use a little bit of renovation, but it's nothing discouraging. It's a perfect spot for quiet and nice vacation, quite far away from the airport and other resorts, which for us was a big plus. Alcohol is available but paid extra, so we saw no loud partying people behaving badly (who probably wouldn't choose this hotel), which was also very pleasant. Perfect spot for divers. Great value. Highly recommended, and thanks again to all the staff!

Very tasty food (egyiptian food night), diverse possibilities for snorkling (3m deep sea eye, and deep water mext to a coral reef). Very clean and kind accomodation, all the workers are amazing. The garden is really well kept and beautiful. Omar the receptionist speaks really good english and is always helpful. We came here with my mom and sister, we both enjoyed our time. Bit far from the airport but its worth it, peaceful and quiet in our experience.

Excellent pool and pool bar, a wonderfully located restaurant with an amazing view, a great feeling of isolation from the outside world (due to the distance from the airport and anything else). A beautiful garden, looked after on a daily basis. A nice jetty which doesn't get locked up at night! Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are fine and the beds are comfortable. The aircon, though not quietest, is very efficient. The food is generally OK, but the sweets are really poor, both the choice and quality. It's a soft all inclusive concept, which fits me just fine. Be prepared to spend 4 euros on alcoholic drinks. I only had mojito but it was pretty good. All in all, I would certainly come back!

My stay here in Wadi Lahmy Azur Resort was nothing short of spectacular! From the very beginning we were welcomed by such warm and hospitable staff in reception, a special thanks to Omar Khaled who was extremely kind and helpful, and made our stay truly memorable. All of the staff are friendly and considerate and the garden is beautifully maintained, and is one of the best aspects of this hotel as well as the proximity to the activities.

Very nice quiet and quite small resort. We really enjoyed snorkelling here. There is shallow 3m deep lagoon and very nice reef at the end of a pier. We saw sea turtles, small shark and lots of fishes. There is a nice garden, good food and big clean rooms.

A large beach with a beautiful living coral reef with many animals and the rare Napoleon Fish, Guitair Fish, Giant Barakuda, Giant Moray, 5 lagoons - 2 accessible from the jetty, 3 from the right part of the beach with direct access from the shore. A smaller selection of but very tasty food in the LA Veranda restaurant Pleasant clean rooms with manually controlled air conditioning, a kettle with a coffee and tea set, a refrigerator, a functional safe, in the bathroom with a powerful hair dryer and refilled soap and shampoo, (without an iron) a terrace with lighting. A beautifully green, blooming, carefully maintained garden. Nice and hardworking staff, especially the great Sherif, the receptionist Omar Khaled, the waiter in the restaurant Mohammed Ashour and the Lifeguards Ahmed Almnsawii and Reda. Polite and well-mannered guests of the resort. Rest, silence, peace, without animations. We felt great

The resort is placed in front of one of the most beautiful reef I have ever seen. The beach is clean and tidy and the coral reef is accessed via a charming pier. The resort is surrounded by greenery and the lawn and flowers are well cared for. There are two swimming pools where you can enjoy delicious drinks and where children can play safely. The staff is kind and polite, above all the fantastic Sherif that helped us in having a wonderful holiday.
