Gemma Resort

We stayed at the resort for a week with my family. The hotel was very clean, beautiful and cosy. The staff were the most kind, helpful and humble people. Our stay was very pleasant, the beach was beautiful and clean, the food was delicious and it was perfect if you wanted a peaceful vacation but it is also very enjoyable for kids. Thank you, we highly recommend.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The rooms were large, comfortable and always tidy. I can say that the food was amazing, the hotel service excellent, everyone always smiling and caring. I must not forget to thank the animation team of MG, it was amazing with wonderful people they were very nice thank you Noura, Bondok and Zeka. I spent an amazing time with you, not a single day was boring. I will definitely come back to Gemma resort.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Gemma Resort. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Everything was flawless and All thanks goes to Mr. Mahmoud Amer the Reception Manager for the expectacular hospitality.

We are so happy spent our holiday in Gemma hotel!!!! It's our first time in Egypt. Very good room, thanks for housekeeping, they do a lot! Food- amazing and fresh! Shef cooking very tasty. Also we like big territory of hotel big pool and beach, it's Very nice luxury place! Sea perfect!! Animation team - funny guys! ((Sorry if I write wrong your names )) Zeka, Bondok, Noura, Cash - people who not just funny, they very smart guys, sportive, communicative, you can talk with them, spend nice time, open any conversation. They smile - and it's perfect. Guys be like this all the time, we will miss you so much and wish you all the best ❤️

Very nice place to have a peaceful vacation, but also there is plenty of entertainment if you're looking to have fun. I must give special praise to all the staff that works there and is making sure that you feel as welcome as possible every day in and out. Animation team is doing a great job in trying to keep people entertained with various activites and I have to thank their team member Xfigo Fago on making our stay even more pleasent, one of the nicest people I've met on my trips. Also not to forget to thank all the waiters, housekeeping, chefs, gardeners, cleaners, busboys, life guards and all other countless staff members who were always nice and greet you with a smile, even though it cannot be easy to work and fulfill all customers needs in such warm weather. As for facilities, you cannot expect 5 star hotel in Egypt to be on the same level as the ones in Europe, hence the price difference, but in general it was good. Food had enough variety and was in general good quality, not to get bored by eating the same thing every day. Would possibly recommend management to look into investing on soundproofing rooms a bit more, as it can get loud and also aircons are a bit loud as well. All in all, it was a good experience and would recommend it for a couple or family vacation.

Great location, great food, great service, and a wonderful staff ! My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Every staff member is here to help you relax, and enjoy your vacation. It was my second time at Gemma : one week in December, and one week in February. And I'll be back ! Thank you to the wonderful team which makes this place a gem.

I had the pleasure of spending one fantastic week at Gemma Resort, which included the Easter holiday period. As for the place, the whole area of the hotel is maintaned with the most care, the room was very spacious,well-equipped with all the things people might need and thoroughly cleaned every day. The resort is located right next to the beach, and all the facilities are accessible quickly and easily. Also a wide range of services are offered, including shops, diving opportunities or beauty treatments. In the Spa Centre I would especially recommend enjoying one (or more) of the many kind of massage sessions. The variety of food at each meal was very wide, combined with high quality and delicious flavors. Either lovers of Italian cuisine or local flavours, I always found dishes to my liking. Besides I particularly liked the cocktail selection in the bars and also the little dessert specialities during the Easter holidays. Only good things to say about the hotel staff too, the receptionists, waiters and the bar staff are all very friendly and helpful, providing fast and professional service. The animation team does a fantastic job, during the day they organise fun activities for all age groups, which are definitely worth taking part in. The team creates a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the village, and makes the time spent there special and even more enjoyable. Every evening there are shows in the theatre, like talent shows and cabaret shows, which are all high-quality performances with a free and easy atmosphere. It was a pleasure to meet the Bravo team, and I wish the very best for all of them! I heartily recommend the Gemma to everyone who is looking for a fantastic vacation in Egypt!

I was here in september with my friends and it was the best decision to go to gemma resort. There was fun and great every evening program. The fire show by sosta was so fascinating, Noura had great belly dance lesson and Zika entertained us during pool party.
