Seven Seas Jolie Bay - Ultra All Inclusive & Kids Concept

We moved here after a couple of terrible days in another hotel. We got to the room and advised reception that the air-conditioning didnt work, it was blowing warm air around the room. They moved us to another room and we actually discovered that they do not turn on the air-conditioning until April!! We barely slept while we were there and getting ready to go out just left us hot and sticky! The food gave us awful upset stomachs and im sure the alcohol had something pretty bad in it. The food was some of the worst ive tried! The men in the shopping centre in the hotel drove us mad! My god they do not leave you alone!! It was unbearable. And DO NOT go out on the street just outside! Me and my mum got roped into going into a shop by a young guy and they shut the door on us. We said we were not interested in anything and opened the door to leave. The owner came out and was really angry that we left and didnt buy anything. It was a bit scary. BUT there was a lovely man in one of the shops! We couldnt change any English money into Egyptian as the machine didnt work and the reception couldnt do it. He took our English money and changed it up with the money he withdrew from his bank - he was so kind and helpful. If you want things to do in the evenings, this place is not for you. They have a kids entertainment thing on from 08:30pm until 9pm and then its 2 hours of not much! All very catered towards Russians, Polish and Germans. No English music. The thing that made the experience was so much better was Michael - in the Entertainment team - fabulous dancer, great energy and such a lovely kind man! We also met this absolutely amazing young man - Ahmed, he worked the pool bar mostly and lobby, He did not stop while we were there, such a hard worker, he always made sure we had a nice cold soft drink in our hand. Honestly he was such a nice kind soul - was quite emotional leaving him as he started to call us his family, he must of only be 20. Ahmed and Michael - great assets to the resort, cannot sing their praises enough.

Good animation. Amazing place, good position, nice people. Room is ok, clean a nice. Every day, hotel personal clean our room. Restaurant Is good, everyday is food different, you have so many choise to pick. Every day is animation, who cares about everyone.

My stay at Seven Seas Hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, offering stunning views of the ocean. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, including a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and a variety of dining options. I particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had an extensive selection to suit every taste. The location is also perfect—close to the beach and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Outstanding 5-star hotel! Luxurious rooms, top-notch service, and delicious food. The animation team was amazing – fun, engaging, and perfect for all ages. Truly a fantastic experience! Unforgettable stay! Will definitely return!!!

I came here with family. I liked it. It is really big. It is clean and the food is really good. Staff are friendly and they help you with everything. Animators were really friendly and funny. I liked my expiration here. It is different culture from europe but really kind people. The hotel is really good. the pool and beach are clean.

This place is so clean, so cute and have everything you need for a holiday! The staff in all hotel amazing, kind, and happy to help. Guys on reception all brilliant with great welcome! Thank you Mohamed Radi, Hasan, Ahmed, Mustafa, all lifeguards, hotel menagers, all the staff in restoran brilliant, food was very nice! Rooms very clean and fresh. Taxi service in hotel very good. Waiter Hasan excellent and everybody working here is so nice and kind. Because of that my friends and me will come back again! I want to compliment all the staff of the hotel! Great!
