To bring water, you can use a cut large canister for drinking water (there are always some lying around); you can collect water from the showers that are just behind the fence. Food can be taken from dinner, and the staff will willingly give you leftovers from the kitchen. You can comfortably walk along the sea to reach Safaga. Don't be alarmed by the garbage, that's how the Arab world is. People are decent and nice. Bargaining - don't be afraid to insist on half of the initial price.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Beware of the young receptionist. He will happily ask for 30 Euros/person and if you don't give him that, you will get the worst room and it doesn't matter what you paid. Many people then argued with the delegates about what that means. He wants a lot of money for every help (he has no problem asking for it). It's better to avoid him. No one else at the reception had a problem with him. We got a room with a view of the construction site for a smaller amount, those who paid little or nothing, according to him, looked out onto the road in front of the hotel (a few people complained that these rooms were in the shade all day and smelled of damp and mold). The hotel and its furniture are older but it corresponds to the price. If you expect luxury and 100% cleanliness, go somewhere else. It is clear that they are trying to slowly repair the buildings and rooms. The staff is nice and pleasant. It is clear that everyone is trying to make the guests happy. It is a shame about that one person who ruined it for a lot of people right from the start, there was a lot of talk about him among people. Some said that next time they would rather choose another hotel than meet and argue with this person again. The food is classic in every hotel. If you stay there for a long time you will notice that it is repeated but you can still choose. Every day there was chicken, beef, fish from the side dishes rice, potatoes, pasta sometimes beans, vegetables (quite a large selection) and sweets (you didn't know what to taste, there was too much). The staff tries to clean the beach but unfortunately even though there are too many people there, the creatures are dirty and that's how it looks in the evening. Access to the water is both from the mini pier and directly from the beach which is an advantage for children and people who don't like the depths, but still want to see some fish or coral.

I have stayed in Egypt many times, and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. For a 4-star establishment, it exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price. The food was amazing for the hotel’s value, and the non-alcoholic drinks were a nice touch since they use original Coca-Cola instead of post-mix. However, it would be helpful to have a list of available alcoholic drinks, as I wasn’t sure if they offered cocktails like piña coladas or mojitos. The draught beer was fine. The beach is exceptional, as are the hotel buildings and the overall resort environment. I’d especially like to highlight the fantastic work of the animation team—Magda, Naty, and Justin. Magda and Naty also perform a fire show for entertainment, which is truly impressive and highly recommended. The only downside was the reception’s organization. They attempted to charge me $60 for a late check-out for one person, which was more expensive than booking an additional night. Additionally, they initially placed me in one of the worst rooms, far from the main restaurant and bars, but I understand this might have been because I chose not to pay extra. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor issues!

The snorkel house reefs were amazing—some of the best I’ve ever seen, with clear water and tons of fish. The food was great, really tasty with plenty of options. The drinks, though, could’ve been better—limited choice, served in paper cups, and not the best quality. The rooms were a bit dated, though. While they were comfortable enough, they definitely felt like they could use some updating. But the entertainment was fantastic! Magda from Poland was awesome, always bringing energy and fun activities. She really made the stay special. Overall, great reefs, food, and entertainment—just wish the rooms and drinks were a bit better!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and effective air conditioning that kept the room perfectly cool. The service was excellent, service was helpful and always happy to assist, making me feel truly welcomed. The beach was clean, hotel also has beautiful reefs nearby. Animation team was surprisingly entertaining, full of energy, and really made an effort to engage guests. Fire show is surely the best one here. Great service, beautiful surroundings, and fun entertainment make this hotel a top choice for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation

I recommend the diving instructor Mohamed Khalifa personally, who works in Mena Dive. My friend did a check-dive with him. Mohammed showed patience and benevolence, and this is very important for the instructor. My friend forgot a small part of diving equipment at home, but the Mena Dive staff helped him find a replacement, and he was able to dive in his own BCD. Diving on the home reef was good: turtles, stingrays, lionfishs, moray eels and all the variety of small beautiful Egyptian fish. My friend is going to do 10 boat dives with a Mena Dive, later I will add a review.
