it's a fabulous staying there, the reception manager a gentle man received me well, he said I hoped you would come again, this is your family stay, we will wait you again, it's a life.time memory. my stay there there was only one Chinese family in the whole hotel, I felt so honored. it's a magic and gorgeous country and hotel. thanks! if chances, I would visit there

Hotel exceptionnel et staff des plus agréable Sans oublié Abou Raslan pour les sorties en bateaux et les excursion sans oublié mina et Adel. Il y a aussi Ahmed à la chicha et le must Ferid Chawki pour les chambres. Hotel exceptionnelllllllllll!!!!!!!!!

性價比很高，還升級了房型為海景房，前台也很幽默，吃的選擇特別多，每次都吃撐，游泳池有好幾個，並且有私人沙灘

房間還行，酒店自己的海灘不錯👍，國人基本看不到，歐洲遊客很多，出門不方便，做好叫不到車的準備

It was our first time in Egypt at the Palm Royale and we were pleasantly surprised! We particularly loved Mohsen Lahzy and Akram Email. They are friendly, accommodating and very nice. From the very first day they looked after our physical well-being. We knew that work was being done on the hotel and that the pool was closed. But who wants to lie by the pool when you have one of the most beautiful beaches in the bay? The food was very good and the various restaurants that we could visit three times a week completely met our expectations. Greek, Italian, Lebanese and Asian it was simply delicious and the ambience was fantastic. The daily buffet, whether morning, lunch or evening, was extensive and delicious. We particularly liked the beef and lamb dishes; they were simply delicious. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a special flair; great attention is always paid to cleanliness and hygiene. We will definitely come back.

One of the best, if not the best resort in Hurghada, Soma Bay. I loved everything! Being a female solo traveler can be challenging sometimes, but not here. I felt safe, the stuff at the reception was so helpful and nice, as well as everyone from the hotel. Resort looks beautiful inside and outside. I stayed in a club room, which has a beautiful pool and sea view from a balcony. Food was delicious, every day it’s different, and deserts were good as well. They have one big pool divided in half, one side has a bar, where you can sit and have your drink while being in the pool, and the other half is heated if the weather is not as hot, and they have one pool inside spa area, adults only, which is heated as well, I guess only during the colder months, and there you can swim till 8pm. Beach was so beautiful, animation team was very friendly, and there are many activities in the fun area. They have live music every night, and a stage show as well. There are so many positive things I could say about Palm Royal, and if you are looking for a vacation in this area, you can’t miss with this resort, you will definitely enjoy here, as I did.

The well groomed landscaping right on the red Sea sets the stage. From Flawless reception w/Wahid, to kind George, Kanan, Valida, F&B Mina, such friendly staff make you feel VIP! Luxurious, delicious food, such attentive waiters, Clean rooms, the view, all the extras you could possibly need! I especially enjoyed the spa massage. Horseback riding was a lot of fun and my husband was thrilled to kite surf ride on property. The only problem was we don’t want to leave! Can’t wait to come back in 2027.

This hotel in Hurghada is a true paradise on earth! We had an amazing vacation here and can’t wait to come back. The food is absolutely delicious! with a huge selection of local and international dishes, fresh fruits, aromatic spices, and desserts. The hotel gardens are breathtaking – lush greenery, exotic flowers, and beautifully maintained pathways make you feel like you’re in an oasis. And the beach? Golden sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and plenty of space to relax. There’s no way to get bored here! The hotel offers countless activities – water sports, daytime entertainment, and in the evening, incredible live performances. Each night has a different theme, featuring professional dance shows and live music that truly impress. But what makes this place truly special is the people! The hotel staff is incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. They create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. This was one of the best vacations ever! If you’re looking for a place where luxury meets hospitality and great entertainment, this hotel is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic service, everyone who works here is so polite and friendly and very welcoming. To food is amazing, the beach was so nice to relax at during the day with the occasional dip into the clear blue sea to float in to cool. Highly recommend.

Another amazing stay at The Palm Royale. The beach is beautiful and all the staff are very attentive. Great A la Carte restaurants to chose from…..Asian, Italian, Greek & Lebanese as well as a buffet restaurant with different food themes every night. Great area for horseriding (I ride and had such fun) and kite surfing is also available. A special mention goes to Kannan Subramaniam (Front Office Manager) who ensured our stay was extra special, Zaloud who took me riding and is such a gentleman and Mostafa Elgohary who ensured every meal was made special by his attention to detail and his smile. Thank you to Elena Letyuk for entertaining us on her piano every night. Lovely chatting to you. To all the other staff who made our stay special. You are a credit to The Palm Royale. We will be back.

We just returned from our second visit to this fabulous resort. For us peace and relaxation is key and this resort certainly delivers on that. The whole place is stunning inside and out and from the beautiful reception area to the bright blue sea it is very special. All of the staff are amazing but the ones who stood out that little bit extra were Haidie on animation who attended bocca daily with us, Mostafa elGohary in la terresa breakfast room, Mostafa in the buffet restaurant adult area and Mohamed's amazing pasta in the buffet restaurant. We are quiet people and enjoy our own company so not really interested in music, dancing or shows (boring maybe ???) We did enjoy the pianist in the reception bar at night and mixing up all of the a la carte restaurants during our stay and coffee in the reception bar in the afternoons, great choice and great service. We will return next year and many others I hope. Thank you Palm Royale.

We would just like to say want a lovely 2 weeks we have had at the palm royale hotel in soma bay. The staff in hotel are all so lovely the it is so clean. Mr malak farag is a manager and looks after you so well . The Bell team looked after my husband so well picking us up every day to take us were we needed to go and always with a smile on their faces. The bar staff .Beshoy Akram. Mohsen. Yoseef who we had laughs with over popcorn were so funny we will be back once again soon colette and Ian ( liverpool mo salah )

The staff are brilliant could not fault any of them!!..at last the air/con is working hooray.i think I have been there 7 times every year now & all the staff know me mr Adam & mr Dave.beautiful hotel & the gardens are very well looked after,huge beach!.the hotel does need an update ie rooms etc but when we there we noticed big renovations going on & apparently a huge refurb is going to happen in the swimming pool area!.My only complaint is the alcohol spirits they are horrible but the beer is very nice!..the hotel has a new manager & what a lovely man always talking to the guest & speaking to them on ideas to improve the hotel.thank you palm royale please sort the spirits out thanks!!!…regards mr Adam & mr Dave
