The hotel, the facilities and the hotel staff were brilliant- it was one of the best holidays we've had. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. My mum is a wheelchair user and the reception staff took great care to look after us and accommodate our party in suitable rooms. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The grounds and pools were very clean and attended to all the time. The housekeeping staff and security staff very helpful, kind and always smiling. The quality and the range of food in the restaurant was huge and delicious. But we took the biggest delight in the incredibly friendly, professional and supportive waiting restaurant staff- always attentive, welcoming, smiling, checking if we needed anything else, always supporting my mum, helping with the wheelchair in, out and around the restaurant, carrying plates for her- just TOP service, we couldn't have asked for more! Our special thanks and warmest greetings go to YOSRY and MAHMOUD who were ALWAYS there to assist, went extra mile and remembered we liked good, strong coffee, entertained us with anecdotes, stories and made us laugh at their jokes and tricks! Very bad stay, a hotel that is completely devoid of service, there is no water heater in the rooms, and most of the rooms when you stay in them you face problems, I have problems with the air conditioning, but not with the lighting or the refrigerator, and you are required to clean the rooms every two days and not every day, and the treatment of the employees is very bad and rude

This hotel is a disaster, rooms need maintinance, no hot water in the shower! .service at dinnig is very bad, always short of cold drinks ,glasses , etc.. . Electricity went off many times during our stay !!. Pools are actually nice, the pool manger is very rude person , the rest of the staff are quite nice, speciall thanks to Mr Ahmad and his staff.

I highly recommend this hotel cause everything was perfect All the services were well organized The rooms was very spacious,clean with nice view and balcony and daily housekeeping. They offer every day variety of food even local or international cuisine . The swimming pools with good vibes and entrainment program for kids and adults So if you are family or even friends is perfect choice for you It's truly memorable getaway

When we arrived they refused to lets us go to our room we paid for because our 13 year old was an adult and 3 adults in a room wasn’t allowed they insisted we payed 200 pounds if we aware that we needed to pay extra we would of: a worker then inappropriately touched my two daughters. Another worker who was cleaning our room asked for a photo of my two daughters while they were alone in bikinis. Considering they are children it’s disgusting and for them to be working at a family friendly hotel is ridiculous. Our room wasn’t the best we found 3 cockroaches. The pools closed early and the slides weren’t barely even open. The food was nice and fresh ,and the party’s hosted for the kids were good.
