Rehana Sharm Resort - Aquapark & Spa - Couples and Family Only

If you are looking for a place to spend 2 days it is pleasant, but for vacations unfortunately I do not recommend it, the cleaning is not good, the food is also not good, I found the service terrible, he does not care about the guest, if it is to take vacations and stay more than 2 days I do not recommend this hotel for vacations.

Well how do I start about this hotel rehana resort ,mmmm worse hotel in Egypt I've ever stayed in, from start to finish,stayed here from 2nd October till 13th and believe me the 13th couldn't come quick enough, from needing to move rooms to bed bugs to cold food too the smallest beers in the flimsy plastic cups ,to having too looks for cups in the restaurant to chips on the plate s and i don't mean chips to (eat)im chip plates , too flys all over the food being allocated 2 bottles of water per day bear in mind needing to wash your teeth ect with one bottles no pool bars open so ivf you wanted a cold drink you had to walk to the main reception or star fish bar that was the closed at night ,during the day flys 🪰 all over the place fighting them of when trying to sunbath and bit by mosquitoes 🦟 hotel only sprayed twice in the time we stayed,we asked for beds to be changed still hadn't the day we went home and my parent and brother both spent the last 3 days in bed with bad stomach s so avoided avoided avoided this hotel ruined all our holidays

Very nice place. Animations led by animators were great. Francisco and Mr. X and Khaled are the best hosts, fun with them is the best. Good contact with the service, they always help. A lot of interesting trips are proposed at the hotel. Large beach with sunbeds and a bar, It is worth coming here. It is very warm

good and nice service, not good food, poor animation, beer and drinks served in small plastic cups and warm, dirty rooms and toilets, bedbugs in the rooms, the hotel deserves top 2 stars, spa at a very low level, very dirty and neglected bars, destroyed deckchairs very bad hotel !!!

Lovely hotel the cleaner we had regular was excellent 👌 we had a lovely time the restaurant manager was very polite and we'd recommend it to any body the beds was big and comfortable the air con was very good rooms spacious all very hard workers bar staff disappointed on drinks only very clean hotel 🛏️ beautiful gardens pools scenes for photos food was ok the chips English chips was great and the fresh fish cooked as you wait and pasta overall good 👍😊 we will return to sharm in the future

I stayed in room 2039 for 10 days, no hot water, I was told the it was set at 15c I had to go to the medical centre 4 days and put on a drip , I was so badly Bitten by fleas in the night from the bed. No pool bars was open, only I buffet restaurant open, NO KIDS FOOD, Breakfast very Very bad, lunch chicken, fish, rice, salads, soup , dinner the same, DRINKS, OUT OF A PAPPER CUP OR A Plastic cup , no kettle or anything in the rooms just a dirty bed. Best thing about the holiday was the sun and the pool. OUT OF 10 DAYS I ONLY SAW 3 PEOPLE TALKING IN ENGLISH. WIFI ONLY Reception. UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR IT. IF YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR ROOM TILL YOU LEAVE YOU HAVE TO PAY £ 20 - £ 30 PER PERSON. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TAKE Travel insurance because you're gonna need it.

10/09/2024 --- 17/09/2024 There was no hot water in the room, when I asked to solve the problem, they brought bottled water to my room, which shows that the reception staff do not understand English. At 22:00 he came to solve the water problem, we told him about another problem and he said he would come the next morning at 10:00. We waited for a couple of hours and no one came. A doorknob fell off in the bathroom, the hotel worker saw it happen, just put it back and left it, no matter if it falls off again. We were 4 people on vacation (2 adults, 2 children). In the morning, when we went to get 2 towels because my husband and I went to the sea, when we came back we wanted to get towels for the children for the pool, they told us that they wouldn't give them because we got them in the morning, it doesn't matter that we have 4 cards. The food is simple but delicious. There is a clear lack of variety, but most importantly, the restaurant lacks plates and glasses. You have to wait for them to be brought. Bars, one more observation, glasses are missing, so you won't get drinks. While sitting with his family at the lobby bar, a man went to get two drinks and told him if you drink one, you get another. Although a tourist from another nation can pour 3-4 glasses at once. Room management. We stayed for 7 nights. After the first night, they came to clean the rooms, it seemed that everything was arranged (tended), (garbage taken out, beds made, children's toys put away). After another 2 days, when we returned to the room, we saw that they had come to clean the rooms. Again, the rubbish was only taken out of the bin, and because we put rubbish nearby that didn't fit - they didn't even pick it up, the sheets were not changed, only the bed was made, the baby's cot was not cleaned during the whole holiday, although the dirty stains are clearly visible, because the paint from the cot rubbed into the bedding , the toddler would wake up with paint stains on the crib. Considering the hotel staff, it's terrible, because they carry tourists of other compatriots (Russia) on their hands, and we Lithuanians have ZERO for them. It's a shame that there is such an exception. Would I come back here again? No!
