Everything was nice, me and my husband every year there it's our second home , I highly recommend it, I'd like to thank all the staff

I had an amazing time the staff are very lovely and friendly. The food is high-quality and the service is top with always being hands on deck. The rooms are very cosy there’s two pools always a variation of food and the drinks are very strong and high quality .

A friendly and welcoming hotel. Food was fine, Faiz the Chef was extremely helpful. The team did all the could to accommodate. 3 star hotel with a 5 star customer care, this is a very family oriented hotel. Everyone is made to feel welcome. Reef Beech is awesome. Taxi service was on point nothing was a problem and value for money. Last minute holiday which was value for money.

I love Egypt , came here for new year I met incredible people like cheetos and his friend amazing people spend some quality good time with them . The hotel „Falcon hills” great hotel me and my friend love the time spend in the hotel , 2 pools in the hotel . And food amazing , can’t wait to come back here ❤️

ADORED my holiday with Falcon Hills, the bar staff are the BEST I have ever met, they are always so happy to see you and are interested in you, they form a bond & they learn you as a person - this was also quoted by a young man working on the bar. They go above and beyond & honestly I loved being around them, they felt like family to me, and I was so sad to leave them. They don’t expect anything in return - make sure you are good to them! So I’m going to talk about the food - it was soooo tasty! They are definitely chefs, the food was cooked perfectly each time, they offered chicken that was sometimes stuffed with rice, sometimes in sauces, I tried chicken outside the hotel & it tasted exactly the same in the hotel. The portions are really good, the pasta was so creamy and tasty, the dishes weren’t focused solely around Russian etc, there was lots of English food, including broccoli cheese! There was always pudding, fresh bread, salad, fruit, etc. Iv been to hotels and the food has been bland and vile but not at Falcon Hills! The staff were extremely smarty & tidy, always professional even tho there are lots of young lads, they were really great. The hotel was clean, not outdated or anything like that. Beds were very firm, spare pillow in the cupboard if you need. The air con has hot & cold setting. They have 2 outside pools, one with heating (the smaller one) lots of sun beds, cleaning staff/housekeeping was very trusted. Whenever you want your room attending to just put the hanger on the door. They offered for you to swap English money to Egyptian which was very handy and saved money using the bank. AVOID local shops! They will charge you 300 Egyptian £ for a pot of Pringles (about £4) the “fixed price” shop at the old market will charge you 135 Egyptian dollars. The local shops are a massive scam and they will take all of your money!! Same with the taxis. Egyptian people who work on the street and the shops are theifs, agree on a price before you get in the taxi, as they will say “ no that price for one person “ it’s a disgrace how much they take from the tourists. Same with the hotel taxi, they said 10€ and tried to charge us £25! We were forced to pay £20, a massive SCAM, avoid all of these. All in all our holiday was amazing and cannot wait to go back and see the boys again! Thank you Falcon!

Its a nice resort and the have good rooms. The people are very kind. The people from the reception help you very well and the are very kind. The people from the bar and restaurant are very nice and the food and drink are good. The boys from animation kareem and yousef are very kind and good with the guest. The room cleaners are very kind and make the rooms very clean
