We (mother and daughter) have just come back from this hotel after 2 weeks ! I have a few words to say Staff 5* honestly you couldn't get any better they attended every need etc very friendly attentive and most spoke very good English (can't complain their English is better than our Arabic by a long shot !) We were treated like royalty!! General hotel is tired it needs a good upgrade including the rooms and cliff railway ect Rooms - we initially actually changed rooms because of it not being the cleanest and again very tired- although large and very spacious! By 10 am the next day we were shown 2 available rooms and we moved into our choice of the 2 still not amazing but lighter and cleaner. Pool - needs an upgrade (again) however this is where our disappointment really took hold on the hotel i have never been to a hotel where it was not closed off at 8pm and cleaned ready for the next day this is common practice in other hotels (some in egypt) of similar and cheaper price points! -it wasn't clean(the chillax ) it had a scum line thicker than I have ever seen ! When we brought this up with the hotel they simply brillo padded the scum into the pool - there was dead lizzards that I fished from the bottom of the pool on a regular basis and a film over the pool in the morning indicating that it had not been cleaned the night before. Additionally myself and other long haired men and women had turned our hair orange hair which I have never experienced in my life. if they are serious about getting british people back into sharm then they need to really take responsibility and fix the cleaning of the pool area and the pool itself . Food - not much in the way of variety...some good that ought not to be cold (chicken duck etc) was cold or not cooked through. The Italian was lovely (we went a few times). But we did always find something to eat. Would have been nice to have a few allergy symbols to guide us without having to ask staff and make a fuss. Definitely catfished I'm 99% sure the post of Facebook are videos/photos are years old from when it was a hilton! Don't always trust what you see we did months of research and ended up disappointed!

I have vacationed in Safir more than once. I like everything: Excellent and varied food, comfortable and spacious rooms where everything works. Pillows, blankets, bed are very, very comfortable! Very good quality sleep! Good water area for swimming. Very nice garden. Nice small beaches with large and beautiful umbrellas. You can stay on the beach and in the water area in the summer until 19:00. Super! Wi-Fi is everywhere in the hotel: in the room, on the beach, at the reception, in the bars, by the pools. Many thanks to the reception, all the cooks, waiters, beach staff, housekeeping for the excellent work!

I went to Sharm more than 7 times , I had the best experience I could ask for but this time Is was terrible and the worst experience ever , especially the room it was so bad the cleanliness was the worst , and the food was horrible we just ate fruits and vegetables, the best thing was the view and the air conditioning was so bad and it’s very hot there ..

In general it's good hotel, good location, see view was wonderful view, good food, and there's many options to eat. but bathrooms need to maintenance

good hotel, beautiful territory. pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms with sea view next to the pool with salt water. We were there at the end of July, the sea is very warm. Lots of beautiful fish. They feed a lot and often. I will come back. Thank you very much to the hotel staff. The rooms were always clean.

The Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort is an absolute gem! The location is breath taking, nestled right next to the stunning waterfalls that give the resort its name. The services were top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The food and drinks were delectable, offering a diverse range of culinary delights that catered to all tastes. The reception was warm and welcoming, and the overall decor and ambiance of the resort created a truly luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. As for entertainment, the resort offered a variety of activities, from water sports to evening shows, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Truly a remarkable value for the money spent.
