Charmillion Gardens Aquapark

That was an incredible trip. Our family loved Charmillion with his AquaPark foe child, pool for us, near the sea. Foods are just very well. Every day room cleaning etc. All is perfect with their personnels

We liked the garden pool, Captain Hassan was saving the kids and people in the pool and the place was clean and it was very nice, a man with a big heart and above all very professional I have nothing to say about this gentleman , I hope to see him again next year because we will come back to see him again, he deserves it perfect

Superb Resort, you have everything you need all in one place! You have a big buffet with a lot of different dishes which is perfect. The rooms are all very spacious: Will definitely recommend and return for sure un the near future! Thank you so much for everything

Staff are very helpful and friendly. There’s a lot activities going on in the hotel. It’s just perfect for family and kids. It has water slides for kids and adults and beach side is just 5 mins walk. Reception sharaf was very helpful and friendly he gave us late check out because our flight is at night time. It makes a big difference for our last day here. So we could have a full day at the beach and come back shower and sort out our stuff. And cleaner Sayad was very friendly as well, made our room very tidy!

Amazing holiday staff were super helpful waterpark was an amazing touch for the whole family. Would definitely visit again. Food was great. sharaf from reception was super helpful with any problem or question we had. Easy to get out and about if you want but also so much to do in resort.

We stayed here for a week in October with our 3 children aged 9, 6 and 3. We arrived late at night and were pleased to be offered food and drink on arrival before being shown to our room. The staff were very friendly and polite. Our room was large and had everything we needed. The weather for the end of October was a high of 30 degrees so it was perfect for this time of year if you want some sun. The best part of the hotel was the Aqua park, it was brilliant! We went everyday and all enjoyed the slides. There was also a snack and drink bar there. The staff made an effort to make our kids smile which was lovely. In the evening they had a mini disco which we went to each day. Our kids loved joining in. The entertainment afterwards was average if I’m honest but was late (9:30pm) so we went back to our room most evenings. We had a photoshoot done and bought some lovely family photos, they were priced at £3 each which I thought was very reasonable. The photographer was lovely and did some great photos. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for an amazing family holiday.

I had very bad experience first day when I checked in they have given me room in the room someone POO on the sink. And only good things is they have person called Ahmed who clean your room very nicely. Otherwise I wouldn’t go again because they don’t treat you nicely at reception or they don’t have great room view.

I went with 6 of my friends to charmillion garden resort and had a great time. The facilities were great, but what really stood out was the service at the bar. Fady samir, Islam asam and amr bool garden was especially great, always in a good mood and served us with a big smile all day. If you deside to visit this hotel, make sure to meet them, they made our trip a 10/10

Amazing hotel!! My only coplaint is that they need to add arabic on the signs so the natives can read it but otherwise everything is good, the good, the experince, the entertaiment, the rooms were all top notch. I really did enjoy my stay in this hotel and I would be glad to come again
