Hotel was nice and staff friendly. Food repetitive. The beach was nice but couldn’t swim had to walk 500m out as shallow.

First of all, I would like to thank the beautiful site from which I booked my vacation in Sharm El Sheikh. I would also like to thank all the staff at the Aurora Oriental Hotel for their warm reception since my arrival, especially Mr. Ali in the front office, who prepared my room in the shortest time, as well as the night manager, Mr. Yasser. During my stay, I met all the friendly staff in the restaurant, Ms. Yasser, the food and beverage manager, the chefs and workers, all of them are friendly, and the activities team on the beach are all excellent. Upon check-in, they immediately asked for money for the best room. We couldn't pay extra, so we settled very far from the reception. There was never any sun in our room, it was very cold in the room. It blows a lot at sea in December and the tide is out all the time - to swim you need to go far along the pier. During the eviction, they asked for money for the juice, which was paid for in the kitchen when they bought it. The service is not very good. I didn't like the location - it's far from the center. The pools are cold. Good animation. Entertainment every day.

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

Благодарим команду Aurora Oriental, за теплую атмосферу. Команде аниматоров спасибо за прекрасное настроение и внимание. Отель стоит своих денег, в январе ветрено, но сады Авроры безупречны, а сервис на высоком уровне. Кормят вкусно, особенно понравились круасаны:) Говядина, рыба, птица каждый прием пищи, один раз за 4 дня попали на креветки на ужин, вкусные. Аля карт посредственый, но обслуживание отличное, стараются!

Slechtste ervaring ooit, ik heb boeking geplaatst voor 8 personen 2 kamers. Kom ik aan word er gezegd, dat er maar gereserveerd is voor 2 personen. Moet ik weer een extra bedrag betalen. Word totaal niet geholpen door de hotel. Slechtste service. Dubbel genaaid met trip.com

房間浴池下水開關鈕缺失，洗手池邊漏水，窗簾掛鈎多處破損，傢俱老舊像招待所，打掃衞生需要到服務枱提醒，服務枱不主動提供海灘換毛巾卡，服務枱服務員態度冰冷，樓道裝修像監獄，不主動告知用餐時間。行李員服務比較主動。

An absolutely amazing place filled with amazing experiences ! It’s definitely worth visiting! I stayed there with my family for 7nights and it was truly fabulous. Everyone was so nice and so friendly. We arrived at the hotel like 22:00 and we had a meal left for us for after our flight which was amazing. The rooms and child friendly and also very nice. The food is delicious and young we to try something new everyday. Every night there was a mini disco or the kids and very cool animations after. The animation team is also very friendly and never failed to put a smile on my families and my face.I visited the hotel during Easter aswel and on Sunday there was face painting for the kids and after a foam party at the main pool which was a fabulous experience ! This place is truly amazing and 100000% worth visiting!

Gomaa was our excellent cleaner so polite and asset to the hotel I stayed in room 153 he kept it spotlessly clean and every day I had a different towel arrangements on the bed the waiters pool staff were also so helpful especially our waiter Ahmed Mamood

This is my 2nd review of my 2wk holiday After being home for 3 wks now we are still so excited about our time spent at this fab hotel This review is to give some shout outs to some staff who really made our stay so enjoyable SHADY AND MINA BEACH BAR …..you are both amazing and looked after us so well, you knew what we wanted and when ❤️❤️ SALAMA RESTURANT …..from our 1st day your service was great as soon as you saw us our table was ready you got us what ever we asked for thank you Moustafa …. EGG STATION … perfect omelets BEACH SUN BED AND TOWEL GUYS ….we had the same spot every day as you saw us you was already on it getting beds and towels ready MAMONA AND CIARA …..ENTERTAINMENT TEAM ….loved our chats on the beach SPA STAFF….had a couple of massages ….you all did a fab job very relaxing I would say that all the staff are amazing but the above mentioned all went above and beyond Is always a great idea to tip these fab people it’s never expected but it goes a long way
