Really great hotel the Italian restaurant was amazing and the staff really friendly

Hotel was nice and staff friendly. Food repetitive. The beach was nice but couldn’t swim had to walk 500m out as shallow.

First of all, I would like to thank the beautiful site from which I booked my vacation in Sharm El Sheikh. I would also like to thank all the staff at the Aurora Oriental Hotel for their warm reception since my arrival, especially Mr. Ali in the front office, who prepared my room in the shortest time, as well as the night manager, Mr. Yasser. During my stay, I met all the friendly staff in the restaurant, Ms. Yasser, the food and beverage manager, the chefs and workers, all of them are friendly, and the activities team on the beach are all excellent. Upon check-in, they immediately asked for money for the best room. We couldn't pay extra, so we settled very far from the reception. There was never any sun in our room, it was very cold in the room. It blows a lot at sea in December and the tide is out all the time - to swim you need to go far along the pier. During the eviction, they asked for money for the juice, which was paid for in the kitchen when they bought it. The service is not very good. I didn't like the location - it's far from the center. The pools are cold. Good animation. Entertainment every day.

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

Отель стоит своих денег, в январе ветрено, но сады Авроры безупречны, а сервис на высоком уровне. Кормят вкусно, особенно понравились круасаны:) Говядина, рыба, птица каждый прием пищи, один раз за 4 дня попали на креветки на ужин, вкусные. Аля карт посредственый, но обслуживание отличное, стараются!

Slechtste ervaring ooit, ik heb boeking geplaatst voor 8 personen 2 kamers. Kom ik aan word er gezegd, dat er maar gereserveerd is voor 2 personen. Moet ik weer een extra bedrag betalen. Word totaal niet geholpen door de hotel. Slechtste service. Dubbel genaaid met trip.com

房間浴池下水開關鈕缺失，洗手池邊漏水，窗簾掛鈎多處破損，傢俱老舊像招待所，打掃衞生需要到服務枱提醒，服務枱不主動提供海灘換毛巾卡，服務枱服務員態度冰冷，樓道裝修像監獄，不主動告知用餐時間。行李員服務比較主動。

Gabr Is AN artist! Very clean room every day and Always surprises. Very comfort and silent. Gabr Number One! Se Will be back soon of possible! The food Is good and the Place very relaxing. A matter not to be here for the Happy new year. Non so più cosa scrivere... La piscina ok è bella ma non è il periodo ideale.

Aurora oriental was amazing place to stay, rooms were lovely and clean and the pillows were on. Food was also amazing as I’m a fussy eater and really hard to please , I found something to eat that I really enjoyed every day. Staff were always friendly and went above and beyond for you. I’m not the type of person to sit in an bar and drink if I’m on my own but the bartender Abdo is an credit to the hotel as he made me feel at ease when I went to the bar alone, he always was happy to help, he made sure I was ok. When I finished my drink he had another drink at my table, they always come lovely presented with a flower or fruit art this always made me smile.

Everything in Aorora Oriental Resort was amazing 😍. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Everywhere, the lobby, rooms, restaurant, garden, beech area, everything shines it is so clean My family was in room 183. The room is huge and really comfortable Mohamed Sabry was our cleaner Many thanks Mohamed for your great job You made our holiday unforgettable

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and while we are still here we’ve booked to return next Christmas, this hotel is so comfortable, clean and friendly, the beds in the rooms are so comfortable and the rooms have blackout curtains. The food has been excellent everyday, chef Ahmed Haredy does a great job! The entertainment team are so inclusive and fun as well. Already looking forward to coming back for our third time.

Fabulous two weeks in the winter sun, 30° with cooling winds. The Aurora Oriental has looked after us incredibly well, everyone is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Our pool friend, Mahmoud, had our beds ready when we rose and Mustafa Syeed, welcomed us with breakfast 😀 The hotel was clean and very spacious, with a good on site taxi service guaranteeing you safe passage on your trips. The Animation Team were helpful and we enjoyed the morning stretches, darts, and evening entertainment. There are too many others to mention least to say, their kindness and welcoming nature will have us returning again to this lovely resort.
