Beautiful hotel & resort. Salubrious with an exceptional welcome. Immaculate pools & beach with the most spectacular outlook & vista. Fantastic & elegant well-maintained grounds. Clean & spacious rooms with well stocked mini-fridge & snacks with daily replenishing of water. Attentive staff right through from the bell hops n' cleaning staff to the serving & bar staff & management teams. Special shout-outs to: Muhammed (Waves Bar & Chinese Speciality restaurant), Omar (Dive school representative), Yaseem (Sky Bar Manager) - a constant presence - who worked so very, very hard (he never seemed to have any time off) & served the most delicious cocktails, Mohammed (Room cleaning staff) whom everyday ensured we had beautifully clean rooms (157/159), Waheed (El Cafe main restaurant Manager) who made certain we were looked after every day without fail. Superb ultra-all inclusive package. The only thing we found lacking was evening entertainment. Plenty available for young children but there was nothing much suitable & appropriate for adults & teenagers. Activities & schedule for teenagers were non-existent. Some of the pool life-guards are also a little unnecessarily "whistle happy"........ one in particular seems to have it permanently in his mouth & used it nonsensically. It's alarming & gives the impression more of a prison warden than life-guard as he patrols - swinging it about.

Hotel is very nice , staff friendly, last 5 years we was in Turkey all 5 star hotels , but this is much better from all of them . We feel like we are special guests here . Food good and Taxi company in hotel , person Muhamed made all over trips so safe and with good sevices , cars and drivers was profesional. Thank You for makeing over hollidays so Good

3rd stay - but defenitely not the last - at this wonderful hotel. Everything was super...the room, the view, the food and beverage, the beach and over all facilities. But.... the thing that really stood out was the mindset of the staff. So friendly, so polite, so serviceminded. Unfortunately I dont remember all names at the staff that made our stay special :( But I would like to place a special THANK YOU to Mr. Mahmoud Elsafty at reservations, Mr. Hany at the terasse bar and Mr. Ahmed waiter at Royal restaurant / Italian restaurant. Well, well... I should know better by now. But still cannot believe my eyes almost till the last day of stay. It all started in the reception. With fake flowers... In 5* hotel, seriously??? Then staf couldn't remember 2 our names, asked twice and having our passports in hands... Coffee you have instant. The real coffee machine standing in the corner not functioning. And "real" coffee in the stand became more watery with every day till tea colour was darker then coffee... Same comes for the Turkish coffee. No normal quality coffee even for money, as this is "all inclusive" hotel I was told... Should go out to get one, unfortunately The service in the restaurant... Feels like customers are there for the stuff not the other way around. Food selection shorten day after day, and never changed. The only diluted oatmeal poultry every day, eggs and a table of pastry or chemically coloured cakes. In total what started as 3* ended in 6 days as bistro style with paper table covers - never-never I would expect that in 5*hotel. The only good thing was an option to dine in 5 different restaurants during your stay. At least that for a change... The territory it self - amazing ! Best part of the hotel. Felt like you live in the botanical gardens. Fortunately they still take good care about that. And the music by the pool never shuts up... Even at night, when no one is there, it plays till 11pm. Sometimes so loud that even with closed doors and earplugs you still hear it! Unlucky those who paid more for the seafront seaview deluxe rooms... Well, all those things speak for themselves. Oh, yes, forgot one more. Bad for you, if you are a woman not accompanied by man/husband... I don't know from what religious villages they've got most of personnel, but this if first time in Egypt I felt so much hateful looks towards myself when was asking anything or just have been there sitting with my friend (also a woman). How dare I open my mouth in a place I've paid pretty nice money, right?

We have had the most amazing 10 days for our 5th visit to this hotel. The hotel is approx half an hour transfer time from the airport. We had both a pool and sea view. The room is large with a seating area, balcony and superking bed, a bath and separate shower cubicle including a good selection of toiletries, complimentary soft drinks mini bar, robes and slippers. The hotel has a spa which we didn’t use. The restaurants all offer a good choice of food and there are plenty of them to choose from, Indian, Chinese, Lebanese,, A Grill and a buffet were all part of the all inclusive. There’s is also Waves by the pool and beach which offers a good selection of meals throughout the day. There is access to the sea along the hotels own private walkway where you can snorkel and swim with the most beautiful fish and there are flippers and life jackets if you need them. The pools are well staffed. The staff are all so friendly and do everything to make sure that your stay is a happy one. They are the reason that we return to this hotel. Ayman, the bartender, is the right guy in the right place! Always friendly, welcoming, and quick with a smile. He makes you feel at home right away and goes above and beyond to take care of guests. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, and it shows in the great atmosphere he creates. People like him truly make the stay special — big thanks to Ayman!
