We had a great experience at Amwaj Oyoun Resort & Casino, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Doaa provided us with wonderful support during our stay, and we were delighted with our amazing sea view room. The lifeguards, Yehia and Mohamed, were very careful and kept a close watch on the kids at the pool, which we greatly appreciated. Bashar from housekeeping was also very attentive, ensuring our room was cleaned and well-maintained to meet our needs. The hotel does an excellent job taking care of the agricultural areas, plants, and landscaping, creating a serene environment. It is a great place for relaxation and meditation. They offer a good variety of food, and we especially enjoyed the special dinner every Monday, which was a nice touch.

Arrived to our destination hotel upon arrival instantly noticed the hotel lobby was extremely run down and unclean. We then attempted booking in and after approximately 1 hour of waiting ( early hours of morning) we were informed we only had one room booked for 2 passengers and advised 3 other passengers would have to pay again or could not stay at hotel. We were asked for cash only payment and when we were instanant we had paid and would not pay again we noticed a number of males congregated around us they identified as staff though due to none of the staff having no uniform or name badge we could not be sure who anyone was. The reception kept asking for cash and the males all looked menacing and intimidating. After more guests arrived we were told to sit in the restaurant and wait. We were offered cold food reminents of the buffet served from dinner. My nephews and son ate some rice and a sauce and we all had a drink. Before making attempt to leave the restaurant to go back to reception we was met by another man who asked for money again for the items becoming hostile and verbally aggressive when i raised this with reception. At this point we had no where to stay early hours of the morning in a run down hotel and multiple demands from staff for more cash. After further attempts to rectify the booking we were forced to hand cash over so we could stay for a night. When arriving to the room some guests leaving warned us to leave the hotel ASAP they claimed money had been stolen from room amongst other incidents of food poisoning and open sewers. Our rooms were filthy the door appeared to have been smashed in beds filthy broken furniture and beds filthy bedding and feaces smeared on the wall. There was open sewerage running from drains and issues of flys around the complex and restaurant areas. My son and nephew woke up with bites all over them and vomiting and dirohea ( they were only ones who slept in bed and ate some food) rest of us sat in a chair as we were worried about sleeping as did not feel safe. Following morning we called love holiday emergency line at 08.00 my husband spoke with adviser he informed him they would need to investigate reports made he then requested photograph evidence to confirm our claims. This proved very difficult as we explained although we could provide photos of room etc we could not immediately evidence men demanding cash issues around their allegations that love holiday had not booked our room only invoice provided by yourselves. When we made further attempts to call emergency line to ask what was being done to help us no one answered the phone. we made desperate attempts for a number of hours to what i now believe was intentionally ignored, this us leaving us extremely vulnerable. We then managed to make contact with master travel to be informed you had sold our booking to them and only booked one room after charging us for two. We were then informed by master travel our only option moving forwards was to pay

So here we go! We returned from this resort on September 20th staying for a week. Rooms - what you see on the website is not what you get, they are all old and dated. The shower was basic and old, however they do have a telephone behind the toilet so you can ring for room service if you fancy a brew. Fridge - what can I say it was warmer than outside. (You have to pay for additional water, only provided 2 a day). Safe - looked like something had taken a chunk out of it. Beds - we had to push two beds together, fine if the beds bases were the same size. Food - very average. Think they need some new chefs for inspiration. Late check Out - doesn’t exist. Due to our late departure time we asked reception if we could take advantage of this. We were told the hotel was full. Then went on line and booked a room. This was discussed with reception who stated they do not offer this as the room could be booked out at full price. Staff - honestly they are all absolutely amazing. Massive thank you to Shady and all the bar staff. They will do anything to help you and make the most of the conditions which they work with and in. Entertainment - brilliant animation team. Overall this hotel is in a brilliant location but is desperately in need of a full refurbishment

5/5 good time at this resort very helpfull people , nice activity around the day i love the food and drinks and i want to thankfull for hoodah heanged all good things in all stay days all staf was coopreated with us and i well visit it again bext time .

الاسوأ علي الاطلاق .. لا يتعدي ٢ نجمة ولو معاك اطفال متجيش لان مسموح فيه بالكلاب للمقيمين الاجانب The worst experience ever, starting with no air conditioning at the reception, followed by the staff's poor treatment, unstable electricity in the rooms, old and weak air conditioning units, lack of daily room cleaning, and ongoing daily issues with inexperienced staff who were unable to resolve problems. And of course, the poor entertainment team and constant maintenance work with its associated noise and lack of peace. An extremely exhausting experience that will never be repeated.
