Had to cancel. Waiting for hotel to respond to email. Tried to call but no answer

Все было классно ,сервис , еда ,месторасположение и гостеприимство персонала ,но был очень неприятный момент что у нас не закрывался балкон и по сколько мы жили на первом этаже и у нас была терраса любой желающий мог зайти к нам в номер, по сколько в номере оставались дорогостоящие вещи и техника и деньги нас очень беспокоил этот момент и мы 4 раза ходили на рецепшн просили устранить эту проблему и нам каждый раз говорили что к вам уже ходили и все сделали ,но по факту никто ничего не сделал ,после небольшого скандала , нам предложили дождаться ремонтников в номере и проконтролировать выполнение работы , очень здорово мы приехали на отдых , заплатили не маленькие деньги за номер и три часа своего времени с 20-00 и до 23-00 ( как раз это самое интересное время когда идет развлекательная программа и все гуляют и отдыхают на шоу тайм ) мы должны были сидеть в номере ждать ремонтников , а потом ждать когда они отремонтируют это все , на вопрос почему мы должны тратить свое время на это ,нам ответили « ну вы же хотите чтоб вам отремонтировали замок»

非常滿意，吃喝玩樂都在酒店裡解決了，酒店雖然不是那麼新，但是該有的都有了，值得一提的是，沙灘確實棒，海水超級清澈，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

從進店的第一時間就喜歡上了這裏，藍色的大海就在眼前，入住超級安心，酒店衹能成人入住，沒有孩子們的吵鬧，餐廳和泳池都非常適合安靜度假，海景房很美，浮潛也很方便，酒店的行李服務非常好，在我們搬至下一家酒店時，還提供了付費的車送服務，價格合理且服務超好，會再來的。

wonderful place. delicious, varied food and cocktails. very friendly staff. interesting activities, great employment for those who don't want to lie down all day. great access to the sea. comfortable sunbeds by the sea and the beaches. great spa staff.

The reception area was great and public areas fine, but that's where it ends. The room allotted to us was beyond dated. Dirty , aged and run down, leaks in bathroom, mould , rusty fittings. No mention on web about this place been for 20 to 30 age group, Very noisy day and night.

To be fair the rooms are clean and spacious and lovely grounds. We booked a more expensive room with a sea view. Although we had a lovely sea view, it also overlooked the main pool where very loud music was played from 10am til around 11pm depending on the evenings entertainment. There was no chance of a quiet read, the music was in every area. It was quieter late afternoon for a couple of hours until some guests sussed out the volume control was and wound it up despite other guests complaining. The vibe is very much Club 18-30 ( younger actually!) Although all inclusive, the drinks menu had only 6 ‘cocktails’ and they don’t go beyond those and they aren’t available at all bars. I asked for an espresso martini and he nearly fainted.. it didn’t happen. All cocktails were in large glasses, fruit juice with a mixer of some sort, not a cocktail shaker or a martini glass in sight! Food wasn’t 5* standard at all. One buffet hardly changed each evening and the previous evenings items not used were reheated/reinvented the next night. I’m all for not wasting food but rating it 5* seems far stretched. There is one restaurant that you can only book once in a week’s stay, it’s listed as a la carte which sounds like a nice treat having a menu rather than a buffet but in fact when you book at reception in the morning ( you may have to wait a couple of nights for a reservation) you are presented with a choice of three mains which you have to decide there and then. Starter is whatever they give you and dessert is a buffet of little cakes. There is no faulting the staff, all sweet and friendly. Be prepared to over tip because they deserve it. Not all the guests treat them with respect which is a shame. Sorry if I sound like a whiny hard to please traveller, I’m really not, this is the first time I have been so harsh. Pickalbatros have several resorts in the area and I suspect they were given 5* rating as a group. Some others might be better.

The hotel is awesome, the crew is unbelievable - always smiling and willing to help. Very good and various food. Rooms might need some refreshing as well as the pool. Guys at the reception desk super helpful and our favourie waiter Nader Qasem - AMAZING! Animation team very nice and cheerful, again, our favorite Alina - WONDERFUL!

Wonderful hotel with excellent service! Our room was very clean, the food was diverse and delicious, the entertainment team had a lot of different activities prepared for the guests. The hotel caters to all guests whether you want to spend more time snorkelling and diving, or having fun near the pool. The personnel is very polite and helpful. The beach and the coral reef are to die for, lots of various sea creatures swimming right below or near you, so definitely purchase a mask and a tube before coming there. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. Overall, i had a wonderful experience and feel refreshed and relaxed after my vacation in this hotel. Definitely would recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

It was so good to be there , they have good employee's and every night the have partys in the hotel , and the have delicious food Every day they do an event’s They have a girl named sofia she was so nice to as she have a beautiful heart so it was nice to be there
