Wow… where do we even start? Our stay at the Parrotel Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh was honestly one of THE BEST holidays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and by the time we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to family. We had flown out to Sharm and chose to stay at this hotel for not only my 50th Birthday but our 10th anniversary of being together. On the night of my birthday, my partner proposed to me within the breathtaking landscape of the hotel grounds - it was absolute heaven and a stay I will remember forever! A massive thank you to Reda Abu ElSaud, the Front Office Manager, who checked in with us throughout the week to ensure everything was perfect. You don’t often get that level of personal care, and it meant the world. Mohamed, the Assistant Hotel Manager, was also incredible - so approachable, always around, and always ready to help. Food-wise, we were spoilt! Sayed and the rest of the restaurant team looked after us so well every single day – always with big smiles and excellent service. And then there was the BBQ outside the restaurant run by Mustafa, Mohamed, and Mahmoud – the chicken and fish they cooked up every night were just out of this world. Honestly, some of the tastiest we’ve ever had! By the pool, we were in the safest hands with Mohamed the lifeguard, who looked after us every single day and even prepped our sunloungers and put our towels out for us each morning. The little touches really made a difference too, like when they walked around with ice-cold flannels on a tray and handed out mocktails to keep everyone cool in the heat. Such a thoughtful touch, and it really made us feel pampered. The animation team – Ahmed, Snoopy and the rest – are absolute stars!! Always smiling, full of energy, and working tirelessly to keep everyone entertained, but never pushy. They made the atmosphere so much fun. And then there was Shark from the Dive Centre, who popped by daily to see the guests. Reda, Mahmoud, and all the pool bar team were incredible too! So polite, so professional, friendly and could not do enough for you! We treated ourselves to a few massages at the Butterfly Spa by the pool, and Nada worked magic – total relaxation! It’s also so handy that there’s an ATM just outside the hotel, plus a pharmacy across the road to the left, where Ahmed knows exactly what he’s doing and gives excellent advice. There’s even an on-site clinic, which gives you peace of mind just in case. The resort itself is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL – lush gardens, little bridges, hammocks between the trees – it feels like a proper tropical paradise. We stayed for 10 days in Room 1260 in the newly renovated block, and it was gorgeous. Super comfy beds, fresh décor, and the housekeeping team were flawless – the towel art they made was just unbelievable! Perhaps one of the strongest testaments to this resort is its loyal guests. Excellent Value for money hotel. A bonus will be the New Reception Building which is opening soon. 1. Premier Bedrooms excellent size huge king size bed, sofa chair coffee table, plenty of wardrobe space, units with drawers, extra large shower, bidet and toilet, tea & coffee making station, fridge. Bottled water topped up daily. Housekeeping excellent. 2. Main Restaurant food, something for everyone, my preference would be to be greeted and shown to your table, and the first drink bought to you, then after maybe queue at the bar. There is also a Seafood and Italian Restaurant which you can book for your stay. 3. Pool Snack Bar and Beach Bar, choices could be a bit more varied, salads, chips fruit Spring Rolls, Samosas, Pizza Pool is huge, great pool guys, no worries about finding a sun bed. 4. Pool Bar and Beach Bar, no long queues and bar guys really helpful. 5. Entertainment is varied and better as in the hotter months this is outside by the pool. 6. Gardens are incredible, immaculately maintained and look fabulous at night with all of the lighting. 7. Beach is great too, snorkelling, a jetty out into the sea, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, clear water, although you may need paddling shoes. All in all great value for money, friendly service, helpful staff and of course sun shining daily.

Hotel grounds nice and clean the things that let it down was the food and drink. We was all inclusive but even if paid for drinks still not best. Meant be 5 star drinks with meal often served in paper 🥤 cups . Ice was limited drinks in warm glass if was lucky enough to get a glass . Cocktails where hit miss no fruit or ice or decorations you lucky if get straw. Ask for vodka orange given tequila pineapple that taste awful. Restaurant clean but food limited choice most meat chicken on bone daily or beef stew dishes rotated goulash, stroganoff, etc but all taste same. No carved meat joint or steak etc like most 5 stars. But always find something to eat even if odd. Things let this hotel down food and drinks and entertainment team as boring..staff lovely and people and willing to do anything for you especially the cleaner who made several trips to room daily checking if need out

I booked the marina club panoramic sea view room as a romantic get away for my partner's birthday when I got there I was given a deluxe partial pool view room as the rooms were being renovated. Yet they are still advertising and selling the rooms. I was a little disappointed . The room was ok very spacious the shower connections were rusty but usable. The staff were lovely and worked so hard. The lager was not great and nor were the local spirits. If you want branded spirits buy some at the airport before you fly. We managed to find a shop over the road that sold cans and bottles of lager.They also sold bottles of lager behind the bar. I could always find something to eat which I worried about. All in all it was a good holiday. We used Rikki Ricks to go to the pyramids and a city tour both highly recommended.
