We went for 10 nights and the staff and hotel was amazing !! The staff at the resort made our trip , they are so so friendly and made the holiday a memorable one. Nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond for all the guests with a constant smile. We also went across the road to the supermarket on the front called 5 star and the shopkeeper Mohammed is now a life long friend. We were so welcomed and we are planning to come back already. The resort is so good that you don’t have to venture out of it if you don’t want to. I found out I had an alergic reaction to bites out there but the hotel staff and doctors could not have been more helpful and reassuring. Amazing hotel with amazing staff could not fault the place. The food was unreal with regular BBQ and good variety of foods bread and vegetables. We will be returning very soon and can’t wait to see everyone again. Big love Chelsea & Ryan

Second time staying at Parrotel Beach Resort and we had another great stay. Our room 7112 was not as nice as the 1st time we stayed however it was decent enough but could do with updating and be cleaned properly. Aside of this I cannot complain as it was great value for money. The staff are great and work extremely hard - day and night!! They were all lovely, especially Mahmoud who worked at the pool bar & the life guards extremely helpful getting loungers moved and collecting towels. There was a manager who kept checking staff around the pool who was horrible shouting at them, I couldn't get his name but he should appreciate the great staff instead of treating them like that. The staff make the holiday better by being so helpful and nice, they should get the recognition they deserve. I don't understand negative reviews, some people are too critical and cannot be pleased! I would stay again if the price was right, we return to Egypt in June but to another hotel so it will be interesting to see how they compare. Thank you for a lovely time again.

The hotel that just keeps giving wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make your stay memorable great for couples families and solo travelers beautiful gardens large swimming pool plus 2 other small pools for kids The hotel has its own beach and pier and dive centre the snorkelling is amazing The entertainment is great and good fun but never any pressure to join in as well as a spa which is also very good

We chose Parrotel Beach Resort after staying at a more expensive hotel the previous year, and we’re so glad we did. From check-in to the friendly resort buggy ride with Tommy, everything was smooth and welcoming. Despite temporary reception whilst renovations were being undertaken, the service never faltered. Our refurbished room in Block 2 was spotless and even better than the Room at the previous year’s 5-star Hotel. The food was fresh with great variety, the beach and pools were clean and well-managed, and the staff were fantastic throughout. “It is important to consider that, once the cost of the flight is deducted, the remaining expense reflects what you are truly paying for the hotel. This perspective highlights the value of the services, food, and beverages provided in relation to the overall cost.” We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked for Christmas 2025 and Look forwards to seeing in New Year 2026! Parrotel beach resort hotel took me completely by surprise. It was just beautiful. Everything was super clean and tidy. Our room was massive and had Everything in it that we needed. We loved the beach and spent every day there. The beach bar is lovely and the staff were super friendly and made you feel special and welcome. We didn't spend any time around the pool as it was so cold so found the sea warmer and were happy there. The only thing i wasn't happy about was the entertainment. The staff were high energy and lovely and engaged with the holiday makers. I just wish there was more of it. The shows didn't last long and weren't the best. I did enjoy the Egyptian dancing evening with the last dancing on stage above the swimming pool. All in all though it was just perfect. We had some massages which were fantastic I'd highly recommend the spa. We had both never been to Egypt before and were a little anxious as to the safety of the area but to be honest I've never felt more safe. The streets were clean, the locals super friendly and we didn't feel pressured to buy things. I'd definately return to this resort again. I'd maybe going in April though as by mid may the temperatures were rising and was almost 40 degrees. Thank you Parrotel beach resort for a fabulous holiday 😊
