Having traveled to many places across the world for snorkeling, i can say that reef oasis with their house reef was probably the best snorkeling experience we have ever had. The corals are vibrant with variety of sea life, the water is calm and kids can also enjoy the experience. The resort is fabulous, the food is great. The staff is courteous, big shout out to Adel (hope i spelled his name right), who was managing the bus to move around the resort, we really enjoyed our daily conversations with him. The staff at the restaurants were also great and quick to serve you. Few things that can be improved- staff at the beach bar could be more hospitable, the events/shows were mostly in Italian- having some in English could cater to a larger audience. In our 5 day stay we couldn't manage to get a single reservation at the ala cart restaurants. Also wifi could be improved a bit. Pro tip- If you taking the suite option, ask for the rooms situated closest to the beach starting with series 8. They are newly built and spacious. Also taking the complimentary transfer to the airport might not be the best options depending on your flight time, taxis are cheap.

We had the most fantastic holiday here. The hotel was very clean, spacious with lots of staff always around. Entertainment was good, enjoyed the salsa band. Sometimes busy, could do with a bigger area by that bar so you can see the band more. I would recommend to visit old town,Farsha cafe, and naama bay as outside activities. The food was very nice, always different options and 3 buffet restaurants to choose from. The staff work very hard to ensure drinks are at the table and everything runs smoothly. Our favourite bar was the Columbo, where we made some lovely holiday friends. Mahmoud and Mohamed were very attentive always getting us great drinks and chatty. The lifeguard always made us welcome ensuring we had a sunbed. You should take pound coins to tip the staff, to praise them for their hard work in the heat. The view over the beach and the coral reef is just amazing. It is incredible to swim with such beautiful fish, I got some great pictures with a waterproof Amazon case. The lifeguards are always on the lookout for people going outside the zones. We met Shenouda down at the beach most days,from reef oasis diving club. He ensured us a great boat trip to White Island 29/9/24. We had an incredible time seeing lots of fish and even having professional photographs. Our snorkelling guide was great at making sure everyone was safe and we saw the best fish. The chef on board gave us a great lunch of seafood salads and rice. The staff onboard were very friendly. There are a few shops, pharmacy etc around the resort. We had some great professional photos where you can hire a dress. This was a great end to our holiday. Lastly the hotel reef oasis manager was very kind to give us a later checkout and was always making sure we had a great holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel we had an amazing time. I would love to visit again and do diving.

Our third time staying at Reef Oasis and I'm pleased to say we were not disappointed yet again! As always, spotlessly clean, excellent food and drink and amazing staff many of who now feel like family. In particular, our thanks go to to Mohammed and Sherif at the Pool Bar who looked after us everyday. And of course, Abdelrahman who works so hard and looked after us everyday at meal times! Safe to say we are returning next year!

Fabulous corals at this private beach and the hotel has a huge facility. All hotel staff are always cleaning or refurbishing to keep tidy the facilities. Waiter and activity staff are very friendly and helpful! We did book for all inclusive and good variety of cocktails and plenty bars to drink and chill. Thank you so much to Ahmed who helped us a lot!! Definitely recommended:)
