Оценку, что я поставил несколько завышена от реалии в которой мы очутились. Номер в который нас заселили не был подготовлен должным образом: постель была грязная и с чужими волосами, дверь на балкон не открывалась. Пока нам готовили комнату мы пошли обследовать территорию отеля и обнаружили что огромный бассейн и водные горки закрыты на ремонт, хотя на сайте отеля об этом не упоминалось. Я обратился к Trip.com и запросил отмену бронирования. В конечном итоге нам предоставили улучшенный номер у маленького бассейна, возле которого не было ни бара с напитками ни горок и мы не могли в полной мере использовать наш план "всё включено ". В дополнении в первый день у нас не было горячей воды в душе и нам пришлось идти мыться в другой номер. Формально бассейн и пляж должны работать с 8:00, но в это время там ни когда не было ни спасателей ни пляжных полотенец. Также отсутствовали столики на пляже для личных вещей и напитков, которые мы заказывали. Пирс на пляже не убирался должным образом . Питание в ресторане было не достаточно разнообразно . Не было в ассортименте морепродуктов и мороженое. Десерт был не вкусный за исключением пирога с финиками. Пожалуй единственное, что было на высоте, так это персонал отеля. Все нам улыбались и хотели помочь, и сделать наш отпуск наиболее комфортным и не забываемым. За это все сотрудникам огромное спасибо. Так же нам понравился SPA. Было комфортно и чисто. Массажы были выполнены профессионально и по запросу.

Очень тяжело смывать туалет. Впервые такое за все время. Плохо организовано питание. Если вы захотите покушать днём или вечером в неудобное для ресторана время, то они вам предложат очень ограниченное меню. Когда Играли в водное поло в бассейне, сотрудник отеля играл с нами и очень сильно бросал мяч в одну женщину, что у нее аж заболело колено, хотя мы все просили его не кидать так сильно. Из плюсов - хороший кальян и территория отеля. Вид хороший.

離市中心有點距離，但酒店有班車接送，還算便捷。

很棒，性價比很高，酒店拍照也很出片，人不多比較清凈，也很安全，環境很美，當地最棒的酒店沒有之一，住了10天

Wonderful stay at Ecotel Dahab Bay View Resort! Huge thanks to amazing animator Jassica and the whole animation team! Great service, delicious food, and staff who truly care. Highly recommended! And the beach also very nice and we will come back her again for animation team!

Hi my name is Ahmed and i,m so happy in my vacation and the food very nice and the team work all of them friendly and also i can,t forget the view of tha beach it was amazing and also it,s impossible to forget the fauny team animation team i done no what i should say all off them Wanda full and amazaing I wan,t come back here agian for animation team

Avoid, don’t come near this place, horrible staff, rude, an all inclusive but you wouldn’t want to touch the food, since first day rude staff and terrible food, rooms not cleaned and very old, looks like the furniture are collected from the rubbish, verything make you feel awkward, staff treat you like they are doing you a favor. There is a lot really to say about this place but at all cost avoid, need to mention one of the staff Islam who was really rude when my mum forgot her beach card. Could give a cero if possible.

Loved the resort, the team was so helpful and very welcoming. Miss Salma Sameh was always taking care of us and made sure that all our needs were met, she's super friendly and professional. In the restaurant Mr. Essam Fathy was always watching over and making sure that the waiters are doing their jobs. Also Atteya A.K.A Bondok was very decent and friendly, he always welcomed us with a smile. Chef Hossam always recommended us a great food collection and when my wife was a bit tired to come to the restaurant he asked the manager if there was anything to be done and YES! The food was delivered to our room. Miss Dina informed us with everything when we were checking in to ensure that we understand everything around the resort. The Animation team was very cheerful, they welcomed us on a daily basis at the Restaurant telling us what programs they have. They had an early program on the beach where they dance, sing and play darts as a contest with the guests. At night they have a show for the kids for like 30 mins (the kids were always happy to attend), after that they start a general show for everyone which was amazing!! Love you guys Overall the experience was remarkable, thanks Ecotel ❤️

Hello to all I want to say that this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited and also the service here is great and the hotel staff are very interested in cleanliness and the food is wonderful and also I can't forget the animation team that they are amazing from the shows and games I want to come back too for them they give a soul to the hotel

The most beautiful hotel, really nice and everything is wonderful, the restaurant, the rooms, the food and the beach, everything is beautiful. Also, I can not forget the animation team. Every day there are shows and parties and they are very nice everything .Great thanks to the animation team

The hotel has beautiful views, a lovely sea full of colorful fish, and the animation team is amazing – really friendly and energetic guys who make the atmosphere fun. The bartenders are also wonderful, always smiling and doing their best to serve guests. However, my holiday was sadly ruined on the last day. I had booked an all-inclusive package, and my flight was in the evening. After checking out in the morning, the staff cut off my bracelet and told me I could no longer eat or drink anything, even though my stay was fully paid for. I was forced to spend 7 hours at the hotel without food or drinks, which felt extremely unfair and disrespectful toward guests. I have stayed in many hotels across Egypt, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a strict policy. Most other resorts allow guests with late flights to continue enjoying the facilities until departure. If your flight is in the evening, I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel, unless you are ready to pay extra just to eat or drink after check-out. It’s a real pity, because everything else was great — but this rule completely spoiled the end of my vacation.
