This hotel is amazing. Full of people that are so friendly, full of smiles and ALWAYS ready to help with anything. The pool guys by the Lebanese restaurant were the best. Every day they made sure we had a sunbed and ensured it they had towels on them. Emad, Kamal , Atef and C.P.T Ahmed were so funny entertaining every day with their jokes. Mahmoud the waiter that came every 10-15 minutes with cold drinks and snacks was kind and friendly. It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there and he got a really nice surprise off them when we got back from lunch on the day. The a la carte restaurants were amazing friendly staff amazing service and gorgeous food. The buffet restaurant was also good. There were a lot of friendly chefs in there always willing to help find foods you wanted. One chef made eggs royale for my husband on quite a few occasions. The girls from guest relations came round daily either in the buffet restaurant or by the pool to make sure you had everything you needed and that you were happy with the rooms and service. Our room was cleaned daily , mini bar filled up and fresh towels left daily. Our bedding was changed every other day. The bell boys were more than willing to transport you round the hotel on golf buggies. The only thing I would say it’s not very disabled friendly as there are a lot of steps and only one lift in the main building. I have a walking stick and managed them ok as I got a lot of help from the staff. We went to the Alcazar bar for a couple of glasses of wine after dinner every night. We were always greeted by a warm and friendly welcome from Essam the bar man. He always had time for conversation and excellent service Crisps and nuts were always served with our drinks

Just spent a week at this wonderful hotel with some of my family, I was yet again impressed by the very high standards of cleanliness, and wonderful staff. We were well looked after by everyone, especially Mustafa, who looked after us on the beach cabana, was an absolute star! Always happy and worked so hard to ensure everyone was well looked after. Can’t wait to return again soon. Truly a special place.

Had a fab time which was even better than our first time here back in August 2023. This is was our third trip to Sharm. Steigenberger reservation staff allocated us the same room that we stayed as the last time. That was great! The room boy was very attentive and stocked up the minibar well. He under the instructions from Vita in Guest relations gave us surprised by decorating our bed with red flowers on my wife’s bday. Vita went the extra mile by also arranging a cake to be made and had the waiters in the Japanese restaurant to bring it to the table singing happy bday in English and Arabic. That was a nice touch Vita. We all enjoyed the Morning stretching and afternoon yoga conducted by Olga. She was excellent and helped me ease my sciatic pains! The evening entertainment shows were something else. We really enjoyed the Colombian dance shows where they threw the dancers up in the air and then catching them. Never seen anything like it. Finally a word about the quality of food in the 5 A’la cart restaurants and buffet restaurant was excellent. I was shocked how upset Ziyad the serving staff member was when we said good by to him. The only area that could improve is the sauna and steam rooms in the spa as they weren’t working well enough. All in all we had an excellent time and we all felt well rested. We will definitely return soon.

Beautiful hotel and from walking along the beach path it definitely looks to be one of the better within Sharm. Beautiful spacious room (3117) that was lovely and quiet and overlooked the adults pool. Food was really nice both in the buffet and the le maison restaurant. The Lebanese restaurant was very tasty and a nice change to the buffet. The grounds are immaculate and it is clear the staff work very hard day and night to keep the standards high. The restaurant staff is a bit hit and miss and sometimes it was easier just to sort your own drinks out. My only gripe is around the adults pool and the fact that there are about 7 sunbed cabanas that have prime sun all day and every single day they had towels on them by 0700 with some people not even coming out until 1100hrs - this is selfish and was facilitated by the staff who seemed more than happy to assist by putting the towels out for a tip. There is a sign asking for this not to happen but it is clearly ignored. That said there were loads of free beds so it wasn’t the end of the world. Overall it’s a beautiful hotel and I’d love to return in the future.

Recent stay for 1 week with my daughter Elisha and can say we had the most amazing experience. 5 star all the way- the room was stunning, the facilities were amazing, the food and the staff were exceptional. We will definitely be going back. A⭐️
