Öncelikle otel çok güzel temizlik,deniz, havuzlar inanılmaz güzel. Denizde ger türlü balığı görüyorsunuz. Cocuklar için sıcak havuzları var. Temizlik konusunda çok fazla iyiler . Restoranlar yeterli bence yiyecek içecek bir şeyler buluyorsunuz. Restauranta çalışan Mohammed Ali , Ahmed Yahia , Ahmed Essam hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Özel olarak her gün bizimle ilgilendiler. Animosyon Ekibi mükemmel cok arkadaş canlısı bir ekip Ayrıca onlarada teşekkür ederim. Tabiki herşey dört dörtlük değil fakat aileniz ile gidebileceğiniz en güzel hotel bence. Hotel is very welcoming staff all so attentive our family room was a great size very clean comfy beds all toiletries provided restaurant & bars all friendly staff the coffee bar amazing staff in there as this runs 24 hours always spotless an served with a smile. Reception staff always happy to help. Security where amazing especially when I lost my phone. Great value for money Food amazing Amination team amazing with our 10 year old son Harry the new English girl kara has picked up her job role so fast an is an asset to the team. Overall we nothing negative to say just we will see you in November for our 3rd stay

I cannot express how happy I am with my stay at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The level of effort and dedication put in by the entire team is truly remarkable. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Bassem and Mr. Mohamed Samy for their warm welcome, flexibility, and professionalism. They were always ready to answer my questions and ensured I got my rooms promptly for maximum comfort. Additionally, I’d like to thank Ramadan Ali from room service for his dedication, kindness, and for keeping my room spotless and comfortable every single day. This resort exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. I’m already looking forward to returning very soon

We stayed here for 2 weeks in March. Requested a quieter room as we had no children with us which was exactly what we got and pool view. The room was spacious and a huge bed with a single bed. The gentleman on the front desk John Gerge’s was very helpful with all of our needs. The room was cleaned every day spotlessly and our house keeper surprised us quite a few times with beautiful towel features. There were plenty of pools for children of all ages and also quiet pools that we could enjoy. The beach was lovely and clean with a long gondola which we could snorkel off the sides and end seeing the most beautiful fish. There were plenty of bean bands and sun beds to use. The beach bartender Maged Salal looked after us well serving us drinks and bringing them to us during the day. The restaurants were spotless.!You could wander through the different themed restaurants and choose a variety of food which was yummy. The service was amazing. There were different bars to choose from where you could sit inside and out. Day and night. We used the taxis from the hotel when went out to Soho square which was a must and to the Hard Rock Cafe. We went on 1 trip to the White Island. The boat and crew were fantastic. Brilliant snorkelling. But the island itself wasn’t an island and a bit disappointing but the trip itself was good. The beach food restaurant nice. But it was the same food everyday. Could do with a bit more variety on different days there. The staff there were excellent and accommodating where possible. The entertainment was aimed at the children, so if you had kids with you, it was perfect. All the staff were eager to help and remembered your food and drinks preferences from day one. If you can tolerate exceptionally loud screaming children all day, drunk groups of loud old English people attempting to sing all night, rude Russians, unentertaining entertainment every night, relentless harassing from the spa guys for massages, repetitive food in every restaurant cooked badly, the world's worst breakfast(unless you like mashed potato) and even the occasional cleaner following your wife into the toilet to ask for her 'instagram'.
