Verginia Sharm Resort & Aqua Park

Start off with a positive the slides for the kids was the best part they had the most fun . Start with the WiFi shocking I'd reccomend getting ur own esim or buying data Bolt on . The rooms are dated very authentic looking . We had inter conecting room so left the doors open as one room had really good air con the other it just didn't work on any setting. The rooms are very tatty and if you look closely they arnt clean at all . Even if u put the make up room sign they don't change ur sheets for the whole week. They done this once the day after we arrived . I physically had to strip the bedding off the quilt as a sign , come back all tidied up new clean quilt but the same pillow cases and the same bottom sheets still on . They will leave the room tidy but don't wipe over mirrors or sides and they leave the floors still dirty as watched them run round dirty water . The back doors to the balcony only.just about lock . There was a lovely big bogey someone had wiped on the white netting between the curtains and the door . The TVs have lines running through a fuzzy picture . There is no sushi bar apparently the man was away for Ramadan. There's no snacks at the pool bar . There's no pizza place and no ala carte restaurant just the buffet one . Let's address the all inclusive. The only drinks that are included are spirits and a few mixers . There's not really any options for cocktails free we ended up.buyin coconut milk from the shop across the road and a pre mixed pina colada drink which he made us . Its additional cost and so is wine .The only time you can get beer is at lunch time for free . The cups arnt clean. The food is.nice but very repetitive. Didn't end up with a dodgy belly which is good . My son did though the last day. Most of the staff are really friendly but do get annoyed when u question the all inclusive drinks . The fridge broke in our room . Then second to last night the air con was leaking through the celling we were told to just turn it off. He fixed a pipe then about 20 minutes later happened again rang reception again to be asked what's the problem now . My son got ill from the food the last day and when I asked if could keep the room as he was bed bound got told extra charge for that too . I would never reccomend coming here .

Do we love this place? Well, we have been 4 times in 12 months. This time for 2 weeks. Why, you ask. Well, the weather, obviously. But most importantly the staff. They are all top drawer... Super friendly, and, always smiling. The Reception staff, reception Bar man is a gentleman and a scholar. He got moved to the pool bar while we was there The lovely guy in the on site shop. Walid who works in the restaurant and pool bar. Walid another fabulous lad who runs the Spa, that is a must. Steam room, sauna and fantastic massage. The staff are the reason we keep returning, there amazing, and, the hotel and location are perfect. The owner and his secutary are 2 great guys too. You must check his car out, its gourgues. Get it booked, you'll love it!

We had such a fantastic stay at the Vergina Sharm Resort and Spa. Great food and superb customer service. My kids loved the water slides. Cleaning is very high standard. The staff goes beyond their duty to assist you. We would like to specially thank the hotel manager Mr. Waleed, for his professionalism and for handling the issue with our booking.
