INSULA SELECTED APARTMENT recensioner

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The location itself is very convenient, there's not many restaurants etc around the hotel but it's easy to get deliveries and has some small convenience stores. There's only 1 person at reception so he's not able to help with much such as baggage etc and he's pretty much unable to leave the desk but he's nice enough. We had an issue with the microwave which had been burnt by a previous tennent . We needed it to sterilize our baby bottles and it left a smell but after some communication, it was swapped to a better one and it was solved. The room itself is spacious and is exactly how it looks in the picture..you do need to buy everything from a mop to pans to bags etc. The cleaners only come when you message reception to arrange them but they do a great job when you call them. It's a little inconvenient as we came to qingdao to visit the beach so obviously there was lots of sand brought in. So often I would forget to call the cleaner and we would try to do it ourselves. If you don't call then toilet paper / toothbrushes and towels aren't replaced until you request it. The apartments is basically a 25 floor building and each level and even rooms are ran by different hotels / companies etc so when you see cleaners / hotel staff, you can't really ask them for anything as often they work for a different company or hotel brand . I would try and ask cleaners to.come.etx but they didn't work.for.insular.so it was a little confusing not knowing who yo ask the remove trash etc Overall it's ok for the price, it's very basic and you'll probably spend more on things you need to cook and clean than just ordering food . But it's clean and convenient.

The room is ok, double floor. I was with my friend 4 of us i think the space is ok, we have our own space to open our luggage

前台的小哥哥特別熱情周到，地理位置也非常棒，就在地鐵站旁邊，對於想要便捷出行的旅客來説，實在是太便利了。房間衞生非常乾淨整潔，酒店內部設施完備，還有微波爐供使用，真是意外的驚喜。不得不説，酒店選址在地鐵站附近這點，真的給它加分不少。樓下就是地鐵站，去五四廣場非常方便。酒店服務非常貼心用心，房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服，房間面積也很大，休息很安靜。退房還可以寄存行李，贊！超級超級超級好！！！推薦推薦！下次還會來的！！！

設施：房間就是一個小公寓，設施有些舊了，還有壞的地方，洗澡是一個小電熱水器，洗澡得把水放小而且得快速洗，不然就衹能洗冷水澡了。電視是投影，對焦手動，顏色很不清晰，朋友吐槽以後不能住這種房子。 清潔：一般乾淨，但關鍵是若連續住店家不安排做衞生，我們住了兩天，第二天一早發消息讓店家住衞生回覆好的，但晚上回去仍舊是原樣 酒店環境：一個20多層公寓樓，裏面我數不清楚有多少家的公寓酒店，一樓有好幾家前台，這家前台在11樓某房間內，一層大概30個房間，人員太雜亂了，以後不會再住 周邊環境：對面有快餐，樓下就是地鐵站，主要就這個好處了

設施：很不錯，離景區挺近的，就是有點小貴 衞生：衞生還可以，挺乾淨的 環境：周邊環境不錯，出去玩都很近，可以看江邊 服務：挺不錯的

在青島住到這樣的房間，感覺性價比很高，房間內的用品都很齊全，有冰箱，洗衣機衞生也很好

แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดได้ไม่ดี เข้าไปน้ำยังเต็มถังซักผ้า ถูพื้นไม่หมาดเหม็นมาก ขวดน้ำเปล่าคนเก่ากินหมดแล้วไม่ได้หยิบทิ้ง ห้องน้ำเล็ก รู้สึกไม่คุ้มกับคืนละ1000

環境整潔，設施齊全，投影好用，入住體驗很棒
