Here’s an updated version of your review with the additional detail about the room upgrade: The hotel was very clean and new, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. With both soft and firm pillows provided, it perfectly met my needs. To my surprise, they even kindly upgraded my room to a family room. The front desk staff—several friendly young men—were exceptionally welcoming, and the housekeeper ladies were attentive, always checking to ensure I had everything I needed. The location couldn’t be better: just 3 meters from the entrance is a subway station, making it easy to reach many attractions. It’s also conveniently close to the Beer Museum

We are from Canada and were visiting Qingdao for approximately one week at the end of October 2024. We stayed at the Juzi Crystal Hotel near the Taidong Pedestrian Street. As seasoned travellers having stayed in many hotels over the years, we can say with confidence that the Juzi Cystal Hotel is a top 5 star! It is brand new, super clean, equipped with modern facilities, and best of all, the hotel staff are super helpful and friendly, from the reception desk, dining room, to cleaning ladies. A special shout-out to Ms. Tong Tong (彤彤) at the front desk. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made our stay a most pleasant experience! Thank you so much for making our visit in Qingdao as wonderful as it was. We will be returning to your hotel for sure!

這是我在青島住過的最滿意的酒店。首先就是安靜，安靜，安靜，這個酒店是我住過一千以內最安靜的，酒店基本都不隔音，但這個酒店並不吵，關鍵前台提前告訴我，覺得吵可以幫我換房間！服務很棒。某朵酒店真的很吵，橘子水晶台東店無敵！還有衞生，地面不甚滿意，有點霧濛濛的，但床品是清洗過的，沒有毛髮，很乾凈，酒店提供洗衣服務，還能幫你拿出來甚至送到房間，可以備註給店員，細節真的很棒！如果能像某朵那樣有深夜免費粥就更好了。總之這是青島一千以內絕對值得考慮的酒店之一。

青島本地人強推這家桔子水晶！！！ 床真的好大很舒服，沒有異味！！！ 對象覺得枕頭很舒服，退房時問了前台在哪裡能夠買到，服務態度相當到位 窗外景色也很好，能看到電視塔，紅瓦綠樹 電視可以投屏，想看啥看啥 衞生：衞生間很贊，我認為乾濕分離做的不錯

超級滿意的一次出行，出去旅遊酒店是最最最最最最重要的了。考慮了很多方面最後選擇了這家，環境很不錯，地理位置也很方便，距離台東夜市很近，可以步行到達，啤酒博物館也就在旁邊。服務人員也很熱情，包括餐廳的三位阿姨都很親切。強烈推薦！！！！！謝謝桔子水晶給我帶來了三天非常好的睡眠💤
