Beautiful hotel. Breakfast is amazing and the staff are polite. Easiest way to get there from airport if you download the China DiDi App and load your overseas credit card to it. Central and accessible to everything. There’s a massage just down the road on the right. AMAZING. Thank you for having us.

Big building, they have their own gym and pool. I was surprised how many stuff they provide in the room, like a weight, a sewing kit, a magnifying glass. The hotel mainly occupied by people who came for business. Walkable distance to the seashore. Recommend to stay!

Very nice and comfortable with decent staffs and great service. I mean why not after paying a multiple hundreds lol 😂. Lovely bathtub and a view through the room 😋

Upon checking in, there was an English speaking guy who took me to the counter and made sure I was helped out properly. Since the front desk person didn’t speak English, the first guy stayed by my side until my check in was complete; he was very helpful and the check-in was very quick. Most of the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. In terms of dining and entertainment, the hotel has a decent location. There are plenty of convenience shops around along with some smaller restaurants; Knuckles bar happens to be just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The room was quite spacious with a panoramic view of the city on the 33rd floor. Once I returned to my room, this view made it a very serene night. It was so much easier to unwind. Unfortunately, there was construction going on across the street in the morning. That night was my birthday and stayed out late celebrating with friends; I planned to sleep in that morning but this was just impossible. The afore mentioned construction was EXTREMELY loud, which made it very hard to even want to stay in the room. I picked up my belongings and left the room as soon as I could. The noise generated by the construction is certainly not the hotel’s fault but I would definitely not stay there knowing there is such horrible noise affecting the property.

五一假期家人青島旅行入住的海都大酒店，酒店生意不錯，看着不少人，酒店各方面還是挺好的，大堂環境優美，房間設施齊全，衞生很乾凈，服務人員也很有禮貌，服務不錯，走的着急孩子拖鞋落下了，郭顯平主管態度很好，幫忙給發快遞，熱情周到點贊，有機會下次還會入住，真心推薦，離金沙灘海邊超近，周圍吃的，燒烤海鮮都很不錯！

海都大酒店老牌星級酒店，每次入住體驗感都很好，環境好，服務好，設施齊全，衞生是我一直放心的，乾淨整潔，客房主管郭顯平服務周到熱情，給拿來泡澡袋，防滑拖鞋，還幫忙把衣服拿洗衣間洗，真的特別周到，果斷推薦

入住這家酒店服務員讓我感覺特別親切，入住之前接到了酒店電話，發了酒店位置。房間 提前準備的特別温馨，知道我喜歡硬的枕頭，還特意提前放上了。酒店環境也很好地理位置也很好特別方便。嗯，衞生是最值得我放心的，乾淨整潔。我的配的是電動馬桶設施設備很齊全。

這家酒店的地理位置位於黃島中心地區，周圍很多商場，而且距離金沙灘景點也不遠打車二十幾塊錢。晚上自己往後面公園溜達一下，我在這裏住宿期間，幾乎可以很方便到達所有我想去的地方，服務員留言問我的需求，給我加晾衣服的桿。散落在房間的衣服，打掃人員也會將它疊好放在原處。早餐樣數也多，每天都會有人來整理房間補水，讓我感到非常整潔，床頭櫃上方有一個快充口都不用充電器頭，淋浴出水也大，還是電動馬桶，走得時候買的特產海蔘忘拿走，是他們幫忙郵寄，真心感謝，下次還會選擇

位置優越交通便利，地鐵站出門過個路口就到了，離金沙灘，唐島灣也很近。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。服務人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情，服務員微笑服務，下電梯看見給領到房間，早餐不錯，品種多，早餐很豐富，個人覺得性價比蠻高。服務很好，很推薦大家入住

代朋友預訂，很不錯的酒店，由於報銷限制，選擇的是A座經濟型房間，總體性價比不錯，衞生細節做得很好，入住和退房效率很高，入住前有服務電話詢問確認行程，提前安排了安靜的房間，前台小夥也很熱情，總服務枱提供一些免費的小物件、還可以洗眼鏡，有意外之喜贈送了早餐。附近的唐島灣海濱公園很好，適合散步，還可以喂海鷗。總之她很滿意，攢一個！

房間很大，住的很舒服，有電動馬桶和獨立淋浴間，衞生很乾凈。這酒店出行方便，方便還有商超，絕佳的便利。從門口的門僮小哥到前台，都很禮貌熱情，幫我接收了快遞，還送到房間，服務真的很不錯，服務員還幫我在電視上連接了投屏，解決事情很高效，這是一家老酒店了，值得信賴的品牌。

房間乾淨衞生，面積也很大。床很大，很舒服，大大的窗户，可以很好的欣賞窗外的風景。房間還配備了電動的馬桶，大浴缸晚上泡個澡太愜意了。工作人員非常熱情，遇見的每一個服務人員都熱情的問候，打招呼。詢問附近好玩的地方，服務人員很熱情的進行了介紹和講解。好評！
