Very good value for the money spent! Not too clean, and not that well kept, but overall still more than plenty to live with. We had 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a balcony, and a common area. Overall, for the price paid, I can recommend this flat for students or travellers with a tight budget.

We booked 3 rooms altogether, but we were given one really run-down room. We requested to change to a better room, and they let us do it, but with impolite attitude.

Great location, especially for the cost. Owner was easy to work with; call before you arrive to get the room details.

The location is great, very close to a metro-station (line nr. 2) and bus terminal, with the metro it is just a few stops to Laoshiren beach. Also it is not far to the Laoshan mountain by taxi. The apartment is well furnished and quite big, however, it was not really clean. The sofa, seat cushions on the chairs, table cloth and kitchen utensils were not clean, also there was still some hair from previous occupants on the floor. The kitchen can be used for preparing simple things, but is not suitable for cooking bigger meals. The bed was comfy and clean. The service was good; it was easy checking in and out. Although it wasn't very clean, I can still recommend staying at this apartment.

這個價格真的是最近到青島出差住的最完美的民宿了，離地鐵口近，樓下全是吃的，房間設施一應俱全，電視投屏方便，裝飾也很温馨

這家酒店的服務簡直無可挑剔！工作人員熱情周到，入住時主動幫忙推薦周邊景點和美食。房間打掃得很乾凈，設施也一應俱全，衞生間沒有任何異味。酒店位置優越，離地鐵站近，出行便利，強烈推薦！

房間很乾凈，格局和裝修風格都是我們喜歡的，浴室裏洗浴用品、洗衣機、吹風機都有，晾衣架也有，洗完衣服幾個小時就幹了，廚房裡鍋、餐具刀具、冰箱都有，小區很乾凈，環境好。出門很方便。老闆人很好，特別熱情，入住體驗非常好！

非常的nice，比我的想象好太多，設施維護還是挺好的比較乾淨。要重點強調下，是唯一一家提前主動聯繫我的酒店，而且把路線等注意事項全部彙總發過來，負責又十分熱心，基本上看到你有什麼需要幫助的，都第一時間來問，有什麼問題都耐心解答。總之可以很信任很放鬆的住這裏，出去痛快的玩，青島極地海洋世界，好多可愛的小動物呀，走之前行李也可以寄存在這裏，不用擔心丟失。

特別好的房間，老闆給升級帶小院的孩子喜歡的不得了，離石長者和展覽館都非常近
