The price is reasonable with big room. There is a washing machine too. But the room is now that brand new and the bed is too hard so I did not sleep well.

Very near to subway station, have shopping mall & food street near hotel. Walk distance from sea . Very beautiful view. The girl at desk us very kind and professional, warm welcome, can accept foreigners easily. Will definitely stay again.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city, very near to metro station. The shopping mall and street food are beside the hotel.

We had a nice stay. The staff were helpful and the room was mostly clean. It needs some repairs - many big cracks on the walls and water damage. Otherwise a great location.

Svar från boendet: 尊敬的客人：您好~感謝您入住斯維登度假公寓東方影都店，對於您反映的枕套問題，我們深表歉意，在看到您點評後，我們第一時間與客房主管去到您房間自查，通過調查後，我們發現枕套污染原因在於洗滌公司在運輸時存在紕漏，會出現潔凈床品被污染的情況。目前我們已與洗滌公司取得聯繫，讓其在洗滌、運輸過程中加強管理，乾淨布草在打包運輸時確保消毒箱緊閉。同時，我店客房部門也會加強培訓，保潔人員更換床品時應檢查是否符合客房標準，避免洗滌後污染的布草上床，確保在清掃客房過程中把緊最後一條防線。最後感謝您的入住與點評，期待您下次光臨！
