total disaster, room permeated with mold odours, simply no sound proof in the room, noisy outside the courtyard

Very cute hotel in the heart of Qingdao, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean. As a gift, we were offered the better room, than we ordered. I would like to stay here once again!

The location is great where attraction are nearby each other. But the staff that is handling our check in was abit unprofessional where she keep insisting we did not have a reservation with them and the attitude was not pleasant. Glad there is another staff came to help the situation. The room was fine but there is a bad smell coming out from the toilet. Overall, it is fine for the money we paid for it.

Great location in the old city center and very clean! Enjoyed a lot and would recommend others to stay here.

Stayed here before but when it had first opened. Little disappointed to see its not being kept to its full potential. Room smelt on drains and the bathroom sink kept leaking and flooding the area outside the toilet.

The location of the hotel was fantastic if you want to walk around the lively alleyways near the church. Beds were soft, the hotel was clean and smelled amazing! We would stay here again!

Good location and near Qingdao Railway Station...nice rooms!

Hotel is very nice, very clean, position is perfect for people who coming in Qingdao because is close to almost all tourist spots, bar streets… We only have one small problem, last day no hot water in bathroom. Hotel staff immediately offered new room, but we checked few room and also no hot water. They was very nice, kindly apologized and gave us some small gifts. So it is very nice and cozy hotel and I will go there for sure again.

the hotel is very well located, walking distance from many places, even from the train station. There was a street food market right in the street of the hotel, and we were worried we wouldn't be able to sleep at night but luckily it finished early and it was really quiet during night time. We arrived early than the check in time, and they let us go to our room and take a rest, so nice! Room was big and clean, everything was new. The only problem, the staff didn't speak any English so unless your chinese is good or u have a chinese friend , communications is kinda hard. But they were really nice and always trying to help, so it's a plus!

避雷！！！從來沒住過這麼差的酒店，首先在房間空很多的情況下，一定要給我們安排在門口，隔音很差很吵。第二，進房間後有極大的下水道味兒，開了排風扇之後出去遊玩兩個小時回來後房間內仍有很大的味道，打開浴室門之後更是惡臭撲鼻。其次，床單榻榻米房間床單被罩沒有更換過，被子掀開上面有很多毛髮（如圖1,2），枕頭上污漬清晰可見（圖3），床邊的紙張已經卷曲，上面也有毛髮（圖4）。聯繫前台之後，前台説給我們更換房間，要我們在半夜一點左右趕緊換，期間敲門催促，還要我們自行去前台更換房卡。到達新房間後，床上油潰明顯（圖5），毛髮枕頭污漬（圖6），毛巾發黃，特別噁心（圖7）。由於時間較晚，沒有再次更換房間。新房間被安排在走廊，所有窗户沒有密封窗簾，只有百葉窗簾，外面可以透過縫隙看到裏面，廁所也是一樣。隔音效果極差，房門只有單鎖，且門不太能關嚴，私隱性和安全性不能得到保證。在辦理入住時，明確説明早餐提供到9.30，十點之後才會沒有食物。在我們9.25到達的時候，所有的盤子都是空的，廚房有人的情況下，呼喚多次無人應答，疑似在刷手機，本來是可以煮麪的。總之這次的體驗極差，服務態度也不熱情，也沒有積極的解決方案提供給我們，希望大家避雷。一定一定要避雷

優點，就在中山路商業街內，距離棧橋喂海鷗很近，距離地鐵口也很近，前台戴眼鏡的小夥子，服務熱情，房間舒服，電視大，衞生很乾凈，贈送的下午茶挺好。缺點，早飯更不行，配不上這個價格，外邊過年實在太鬧挺，但是為了商業街方便也沒辦法，總體入住體驗挺好。

有一種老青島的感覺，地理位置也是超好的，感覺住在裏面都玩不夠的節奏，離棧橋也近方便一早去喂海鷗，太棒了！房間衞生也打掃的很及時，前台小姐姐態度也很好有問題很容易幫你解決。已經推薦好幾個朋友來住這裏了，非常好。
