Great place to escape GZ for 3 days, highly recommended.

Excellent resort hotel with breakfast, pool, hot spring, many walking trails around the hotel and natural lake

My family and I stayed here for two days (1 night) in early November. The whole experience was fantastic. Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite. The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful. The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout. All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps. I particularly want to thanks: Our restaurant host, 蔡泽旋 黄洁仪 (Bobo), who spoke excellent English and was very friendly to the children. The excellent, reception and concierge team including; Du Ming, 陈梦圆, 张永超, 雷欣, 秦梦丹

Same as before, the Hotel was old and not in good condition. Although the Onsen was good, the environment around there was polluted with rubbish and dirty water. You could not imagine that the water of the lake was so dirty that you were not brave enough to play water activities there.

’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

Amazing Stay with Outstanding Service We had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. A special mention goes to Feng Yutong, who took great care of us during our stay. Her friendly and attentive service made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

We come to this resort often . We love the architecture and interior design . On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

The customer services were really excellent, after checking in, you will have a 專屬管家 to show you around the facility and guide you to your room. Also if you got any problem, you could contact her via Wechat, and her response was quick. The room is really clear and comfort, it gives us a warmth feeling. The buffet provide variety of quality cuisine. It's a must-come vacation hotel. P.s. Really appreciate the service of our 管家：张舒茹

Very nice hotel, good service, all thanks to staff, and especially to Miss (Feng Yutong). I hope the hotel can improve the buffet, crowded and not many chocies for vegetarians,

Mayland is a lovely resort. Their staff are very kind and helpful. 雷欣（Suet Yan) was particularly helpful. We couldn’t sort our app to get a car and she helped us. The changing rooms for the resort pool needs a refresh. Even just changing some of the curtains and better lighting will make the place look better. Lots of hot springs to pick from. Nice indoor pool. Need to swim with a swim cap though. Outdoor pool in the photos is actually not accessible by guest. Chinese restaurant was delicious. Buffet was acceptable for 178¥

Very tidy, good service and nice environment. Buffet food have lots of types but not very special and taste is ok.
