Big room and good service and fast check in. The hotel could provide more variety for the breakfast

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day! Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

very good hotel; the swimming was closed unfortunately but overall, a satisfactory experience for the city.

My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning) But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance. Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

This is one of the best hotel that our family had stayed in China. The hotel room is very roomy and clean. The bathroom is clean, modern and very roomy. The food is delicious and the service is great. I highly recommend the front desk "Xiao Qiu" and "Xiao He". Their service manner are outstanding. They are friendly and supportive. We highly recommend this hotel.

港車北上車門口免費泊門口，酒店商務酒店格局，從酒店裝修、設施、房間衞生程度都十分滿意，揀左家庭房好有空間感，老婆大讚👍 。酒店位於市中心，去南門街、壹悦城、萬達廣場都好近，去古龍峽大約半個鐘左右(古龍酒店唔係好掂)可考慮住返依間。 整體上呢間酒店真係唔錯值得推介。

前台服務員笑容滿面有禮，我們下午4點45分左右到酒店辦理入住，但前台服務員話未有房間，我就話已經差不多5點還沒有房間，服務員說房屋未清理好，我已有少許不滿，服務員就送了兩日早餐給我。房間衛生好，冷氣很涼快，但燈光比較暗，可以光猛少少更好。第一天早餐全場爆滿，食物補充未能及時補回，種類算多，味道不錯。第二天早餐人明顯少了3分2人，食物沒有第一天那麼緊張，可以慢慢取。

清遠宮禾元酒店的入住體驗非常棒！前台小邱、小何、小譚的服務熱情周到，笑容親切、耐心答疑。房間寬敞明亮，裝修雅緻，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間乾濕分離且打掃得一塵不染，細節處可見用心。整體性價比不錯，無論是家庭出遊還是商務差旅都物超所值。早餐也挺豐富，9點半下樓用餐食物充足，不會去晚了就剩些殘羹冷炙了。推薦給追求品質與服務的旅友！

酒店很好，中間發生一些小插曲，但好快解決了！有点不好就是房內會聞到煙味，可能中央空調，所以其他房吸煙，會傳到第二啲房！ 最唔好既就係酒店六樓既餐廳，服務人員態度一般，餐廳內允许人吸煙，搞到我地一邊食野一邊吸二手煙，無人阻止，其實內地好多商場同餐廳內都禁煙，但清遠室內允許吸煙！地方不太乾淨！

第一次到清遠，機緣巧合選擇入住宮禾元。入住前就有工作人員主動聯繫我們，安排樓層之類的。一進門前台小邱小譚服務非常棒，前廳潘經理熱情周到，前台有泡好的玫瑰花茶，對我們提出來的“枕頭”要求也一一滿足！還贈送了下午茶券。房間安排在高樓層，有小朋友的拖鞋，很棒，酒店大堂還有顆大大的崖柏樹，有畫廊可以看展，應該是有點香（氣息很舒服，放鬆）是屬於很養生的酒店。停車方便，還有充電樁，贊！

房間很大，特別是洗手間，空間大顯得比較空盪，沒有任何擺設品，電視也顯得小氣了，網絡一般，經常掉網，酒店雖然比較新但不夠智能，開關和馬桶、窗簾等都是手動開關，希望慢慢優化一下
