Very Comfortable place and best pet friendly and stuff are too kind and helpful .. i loved my stay as well my wife, Boyka and Bangar

Place is nice but i have few comments. We went Sunday and there was very limited occupancy at the place. Yet, prices were very high in comparison to other venues at the same area like hacienda . Almost double the price for no real value. Banglows were clean but again food was very normal. They didn’t offer open buffet ofcourse because there were like 3 families in the entire place. They should have offered discounted price in such dead days specially that we asked for it. The guy at the front desk didn’t do orientation to us about the place despite we mentioned it is our first time in the place. We ended up not knowing about the relaxation pool near by. Also when he told us about the food is set menu, he said we are lucky to have set menu. Very poor marketing because we all know set menu because no capacity in the place at all to serve open buffet. Beach was clean i have to say and people who help are polite but i wouldn’t go again no value for money when i can get better service with half the price somewhere else.

Terrible terrible food, the beach is full of rocks,Zero activities to do at night, beds in bungalows is so tough and not comfortable, i asked the receptionist for water once i arrived he told me you will find it in the room when you check in didn’t even consider offering me some, simply you don’t get value for your money

Very nice stay I enjoyed my trip delicious food, clean areas and hospitality. Specially Mr. Habib the general manager and Noura the animation leader 🌹🌹 Food was delicious and different every day The staff is great and kind Whole area was clean

The staff is very My first bungalow stay was a wonderful experience. It was cozy, quiet, and beautifully designed. The service was excellent, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect getaway. I highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

I can say that this place is pretty good to be honest the food is good and it feels comfortable when you're in the beach the reception is good the animation team is okay too the stuff is good the toom is clean like the place and yeah it's pretty good I like this place and I wish to have a chance to visit this place one more time
