Palmera Camp Wadi Rum

Secluded resort in a very quiet area which is an advantage for me as I wanted to stay away from the area with crowded resorts The staff are extremely friendly and helpful We were received warmly and the tour guide (Yasser) was extremely helpful, he helped my young son climb the famous arch and took for us spectacular photos of the experience The food was simply superb I have been to a few camps in Wadi Rum before ,this is the best so far

A phenomenal experience; one of few "hotel quality" luxury camps in Wadi Rum that still fits into the desert experience. All typical Wadi Rum activities are available, including hiking and climbing in the desert, 4WD and pickup truck tours of the wadi, sunrise and sunset watching, offroading, and more. There's also a pool and Jacuzzi in the camp, so it's a great place to sit and relax and cool down. They provide excellent and over-abundant food during meals, with water, sweet Bedouin tea, coffee, and soft drinks included. A barista is available and you can get cappuccinos and espresso-based drinks charged to the room. Alcohol is not provided in the camp, but guests can bring their own alcohol and have it served for them at the camp. The place stands out in a few ways: WiFi is available in the lobby area; you can experience a pool and Jacuzzi inside wadi rum; and the camp provides gorgeous sitting areas overlooking phenomenal views. It is incredibly far from other camps and you can hear complete silence, especially over night. No other camp is in sight, so all the views are solely that of nature.

Spectacular space and the middle of the Arabian desert. Nestled back in a very private are sits this little gem of a camp. The public areas are very well appointed as well as the cabin/tent rooms and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the service with good. Unfortunately no alcohol is served (you can bring your own) however meals were fresh and they had a very nice assortment of dishes. The dogs on property are super friendly. I wish I had more time here to enjoy. Our guides told us this was one of the best camps and we did have a chance to see some other camps as we were driving around the wadi - this was truly the best. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing time here! I was genuinely so sad leaving after one night, definitely stay two. This place is so luxurious but also full of adventure. The staff was amazing! I was blown away by this experience. It was so perfect.

We stayed in a tent, not a dome, and our experience was perfect. This camp is only a bit further into the park than others, but you have the advantage of seeing no other camps, or even traffic passing by. In many of the camps, you can see other camps in the distance, which kind of ruins the feeling of isolation. Everything was top-grade, especially the public areas. Beautifully designed with huge windows. I could sit in the lounge all day and gaze out at the desert.

We really enjoyed our stay at the camp. Our tent and that of our kids was lovely - looked beautiful and had all the amenities. The views from the camp were wonderful and we were lucky to have tent 6 which looked out to the vista. Lovely way to wake up. Service and staff were great. All the food we had we enjoyed. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. There were some ongoing renovations but the only impact that they had on us was food served in cafe and some new tents being built. So for us impact was minimal. The team organised a camel ride for us which we all enjoyed the morning of our departure. All in all fabulous experience
