很好的酒店，沒什麼問題

The wife chose this hotel from the pictures on Thomas Cook listing and we were not disappointed. We took the shuttle bus from the airport and I have to say our hotel was the nicest we stopped at along the way. The drive is filled with plants and trees plus a waterfall for the spa. Entering the hotel we were warmly greeted and shown around. As the flight was early and check in was still a few hours away we were invited to have breakfast and also given a spare room to shower and change even though we hadn’t checked in yet. Then we were free to enjoy the beach until our room was cleaned. On check out we had a late flight so again they were very accommodating to allow us a late as possible check out. Food at this hotel is another shining star for this place. The food that was included in our half board package was always excellent and presentation was 1st class. The chef is outstanding! In fact all the staff we met were wonderful from Ramana’s team of Amar, Sharuan in food and Abthi as their cocktail king who gave me a wonderfully powerful flaming cocktail with a big show. All efforts from the staff were top notch. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was superb. My room was always spotless after they have been in! It is very difficult to covey the emotion I have for this place, you just need to come to experience it for yourselves.

It’s a very quiet hôtel WE had a beachfront suite on the second floor with a Beautiful view. The beach is very Nice. It’s idéal for resting without children. The restaurant : it’s a menu for the dinner but There are a lot choise. It sometimes lacks a little quality and taste on some dishes but overall it's very correct .The breakfast is à buffet. The SPA is very Nice but expensive The staff membres are always listening and they can find solution when the guest need somethings Thanks to Prince for his professionalism. We had a wonderful stay at Seasense Boutique Hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The experience was truly memorable, with a stunning view that added to the charm of our time there. The hotel staff made our celebration even more special by surprising us with a delicious anniversary cake, which was a thoughtful touch. Everything from the ambiance to the hospitality was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with great service and beautiful surroundings, Seasense is a great choice!

This is not a review, this is a deep thank you from my heart. I am writing here with tears in my eyes, because Seasense is not just a hotel, but a family. Unfortunately I cannot tell the whole story here, but at least a few words. Please take the time to read this. I had the worst day on the second day after my arrival, I had a traffic accident and was alone. I was a bit lost at first and informed the hotel when I was taken to the police and hospital. The Seasense Hotel was immediately in contact with the police. I received a message that the manager was already on his way to me and that I should not worry, they would take care of me. First, Oogesh, the room manager, arrived after 15 minutes. He accompanied me the whole time and did not let me out of his sight. Another 15 minutes later, the hotel manager Kevin arrived, he was also with me for many hours in the hospital. I cannot put into words how happy I was, because I was in shock and in pain. But then I knew I was safe. I broke my arm and was allowed to leave the hospital that evening and go back to the hotel. I was very sad because I thought my vacation was over. But my vacation had only just begun. I received the best care in the world, the whole team did their best to make me happy and I was the happiest person in the world. My friend Yvonne was the same, the team looked after her very well. From flowers to breakfast in the room, my every wish was fulfilled. I got a great room so that I could see the sea and relax. Oogesh always accompanied me to appointments with the police and to the doctor. The whole hotel is a paradise, it is the best hotel I have ever been to but the real soul is the people in this hotel. It was the perfect vacation in a perfect hotel. Even the owner and second owner of the hotel visited me and asked about me, where on earth does that happen?? Oogesh, Kevin, Manav, Thierry and the whole team of the Seasense family...Thank you very much for this unforgettable holiday and I say see you soon, I look forward to seeing you now that I have found a safe haven for my soul. Really enjoyed my stay at sea sense. Staff were excellent including Nitesh and Shivam after my room (105). The food was excellent as well and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The beach is right there and the sea a clear blue. Highly recommended
