I was there with my family during the week-end 26/27 April to celebrate my husband's birthday and we were 100% satisfied! We were treated like guests even though we are mauritians. Congratulations to Samad and all his team. Thank you to all the staffs. Stay blessed! Elsa

Toothbrush was not given .flies everywhere in the restaurant. Some food and vegetables were uncovered which attract flies.This was so unprofessional.There was a barman was serving tourists drinks when we ask him for drinks he said he will be right back but never returned and the package include all inclusive????

Amazing beach Holiday with Family. Beautiful turquoise waters. Soft sand. Here you will find ultimate relaxation. Food is plenty, you won’t go hungry at this resort. Take the all inclusive package. Thanks to all the staff, very friendly and helpful. Special note to Avinash and Jay. The Mauritian people are truly warm and hospitable. We are missing it already and only just returned from our stay. Thank You Crystals Beach. Entertainment: We enjoyed the Mauritian traditional evening best. Please have more of this!! My Stay at Crystal Beach Resort was truly amazing. There is so much to say about the exceptional service, the friendly staff and the dedicated Management Team. I would like to express my deepest thanks and appreciation to Mr Sam who is always such a wonderful and outstanding person. He truly understand how to deliver the best service to guests.In case of any issue, he is just a call away and handles every situation with professionalism and care. A special thank also goes to Mr Samad, Mr Sanjay and Miss Megna from the Reservation Department. Despite their busy schedule, they consistently welcome us with warm smiles and provided exceptional hospitality. Many thanks as well to Mr Deepak , Mr Sanjay from F&B Department, as well as the two Mr Nilesh and Miss Joana from the Bar Restaurant.They are all highly professional and clearly dedicated to keeping guests happy and satisfied. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience at Crystal Beach Resort so memorable and as well for my children.

Me and my mom visited your hotel and generally Mauritius for the first time and i can say for both of us that it was amazing experience 😊 Although we arrived early in the morning and we had to wait for the room it’s understandable and we could use anything else in the hotel (bars, we’ve spend a time on the beach, they provided us towels etc.) Room was very beautiful with amazing view on the ocean. Also clean service I can’t complain (they change towels everyday, everything was really clean). Food… we always had many options what we would like to eat (maybe i would just add more vegetables on breakfast). Beach… OMG😍 no more words can describe the view. And at the end the stuff… all of the people that are working in the hotel were always very nice and helpful, willing to answer all your questions. Program in the nights was also enjoyable. Animation team was really entertaining people, talking to us, playing a games and you can really see they love their job! Special shoutout to Vivi i’ve never seen more energetic person! Also Alex with who we enjoyed perfect aquagym during a storm. We will come back for sure and recommend your hotel to our friends! Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family, and while there were some lovely aspects, a few key issues really affected our overall experience. The hotel is very baby-friendly, which I truly appreciated. My little boy absolutely loved the aqua land it was such a highlight of the trip and made the stay worthwhile in many ways. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the cleaning staff were genuinely kind and attentive, which made us feel well cared for. However, there were several disappointments that I can't overlook. I informed the staff that my birthday was the day after check-in and requested a cake to celebrate. Unfortunately, the cake was brought to my table the night before my birthday by mistake. I sent it back, only for the exact same cake to be served the next day as stale and hard. It was disheartening, especially since it was meant to be a special moment. Additionally, the restaurant service was poor, with long wait times not drinks order being taking, tables not being cleared at all whether ther was guests sitting or already left the table, and inattentive staff. What shocked us most was watching a bartender rinse and reuse glasses without properly washing them, which raised hygiene concerns. In short, while the hotel has great potential especially for families with small children the lack of attention to service, trainings and cleanliness such as tables not being cleared while in the dining area, and the mishandling of my birthday request, left me disappointed. With a few improvements, it could be a truly wonderful place to stay.

A really pleasant family holiday. We felt well attended to and really enjoyed our stay. Sam and Anna from customer relations were extremely generous with their time, especially when my daughter cut her foot on some coral in the sea and couldn't walk for a few day, Anna sourced a wheelchair immediately for use to use. Jerome was the highlight of the restaurant staff. He was very accommodating with a great sense of humour. The room was good, facilities good, and kids clubs reps, Anastasia and Grace were excellent (especially at giving Henna Tattoos). The pools were clean and we were rarely without a seat of sun lounger. The addition of the water park was very welcome. Food was good with a variety of restaurants. An all around good holiday, with good facilities and great staff. The use of canoes, pedalos, padelboards and the glass bottom boat (all free of charge) was a great addition. We also recommend the 5 island day trip which is approx £70 per adult and £35 per child - but well worth it for an all inclusive day trip with great food and plenty of drink (alcoholic and soft). My 3 negatives were: 1 . There were never enough blue towels for sunbeds, I probably had to visit the towel kiosk 4 times for every towel change because they were always out, surely this is a simple fix as it was very frustrating - get more towels. 2. The balcony furniture was extremely uncomfortable and lacked back support 3. Our Tui rep was supposed to meet us at 9am on our first morning and never turned up, having told us a time and place to meet. We heard nothing after this, and didn't see anyone from Tui for the duration of our stay. Thank you to all staff, but particularly, Jerome, Sam, Anna, Anastasia and Grace.

We came to Crystal Beach Resort in Belle Mare to renew our wedding vows… and left wondering if we could just renew our entire lives and move in permanently! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty – or at the very least, like guests who accidentally booked the VIP package (we didn’t, but shhh… don’t tell anyone). The vow renewal was nothing short of magical – stunning beach setup, perfect weather, and not a dry eye in sight (mainly ours, but we’ll blame it on the sea breeze). Huge thanks to the amazing team who pulled it all together – it was emotional, beautiful, and something we’ll cherish forever. From Karaoke to dancing into the night. Our first introduction to Whiskey Sour and all the local favorites. Now let’s talk about the dream team who looked after us like we were long-lost family: Sam, Sanjit, Deepak, Sanjaye, Jia, Dishna, Ben, Akshay, Rajendra, Elise, Djevin, Stephano, Ram, Jay, Nilesh, and Jeneeta – seriously, do you all moonlight as superheroes? Because your service was superhuman. Always a smile, always a solution, and somehow always knowing exactly what we needed before we even said a word (mostly snacks or a drink… or both). The resort itself? Paradise. Beautiful beach, relaxing pool, delicious food, and sunsets that made us stop mid-conversation just to stare in awe (and maybe snap a few dozen photos). Every day felt like a honeymoon… again! Crystal Beach, thank you for spoiling us rotten and giving us memories we’ll be laughing and smiling about for years to come. We made friends that became family. The only negative is that we will miss you guys. We’ll definitely be back – you’ve set the bar way too high for any other resort! Well done CBR Team and Radisson.

It was a good moment with my friend in this family-friendly hotel. We enjoyed the aqualand even as grown ups😂 The spa therapists Devashi and Thea were welcoming and nice! And the massage was soooo relaxing. My friend and i think it was the best part of our stay 🥰

We had a great time at the resort. It is pretty big and a lot of activities to do (especially if you have kids). The staff is so friendly and helpful. Raj assisted us (most of the time) and he surprised me with ice cream almost every lunch time (i only asked him for ice cream once) and he took it upon himself to make me feel special everyday. Nothing was ever too much of an issue/hassle for any of the staff that were working. We asked for some cheese, and the staff gave us a whole beautiful cheese platter. The food was great, rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff at the cocktail bar is super quick and efficient. There are a few restaurants in the resort, just book ahead then you can have a great experience. We just had a small incident with our bath tub where the tab didn't want to close (but staff assisted very fast and solved the problem). We went to the market and went to reception that booked our transport - so that was very convenient. If you want to do some outside activities, the reception area books that for you too. The aqua water park is super fun and can see kids spending alot of time there (we did as adults). The guy at the super tube made it super fun and was always happy to see us return. Would 100% go back again.
