非常好的酒店 環境很好 設施也很全 很多小孩玩的 可以直接在酒店包船出海去鹿島

This was one of the best places I have stayed. And it's purely because of the everyone who works here. There is a special attention to your personal needs. I feel I was around friends. A special mention to our barman Vinesh, he was a friend to us. All the waiting staff at the restaurant especially Vignesh, Mike and Kishan. Who are always smiling. The housekeeping lady was thorough and always accommodating, with a big smile. The reception staff were highly professional and knowledgeable. I would also highly recommend the massage treatments, thank you Ladies. Ravi, the manager was always enquiring if we are happy and gave good advise on visiting the island. A good catering variety every day. Especially the fish dishes. I would recommend a pay rise for everyone .

It's my second visit. This time, it was for my mom's birthday, and we were there for four days. It was the best family holiday we've had at the hotel. I thought my 3-year-old daughter would be bored, but the kids' club was simply amazing. All the staff were very welcoming, be it the bartender, waiter, and even the housekeeping lady. My special thanks go to Princy, who went above and beyond to plan that birthday surprise; Mr. Vishal (if I got his name right—he will recognize himself, "ti-vitess"—) at the reception for his humorous nature; Mr. Ravi and Mr. Faizal, who were always there to ensure all clients received the same treatment; and, without forgetting the night shift guy at the reception who always served me a hot cappuccino after 23hr30 with a cute smile . I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to feel at home. The hospitality is top-notch. Will definitely be back. From Mehnaaz Room no.105
