Rendezvous Heritage Queenstown recensioner

We booked the lakeside suite. Every morning we are greeted by the amazing view! Just one minute walk from the bus stop, which connects the town centre and the airport. Convenient. Loved it and recommended!

The hotel is well maintained and the reception was very helpful with our situation due to flight cancellation. Especially Silvester from the restaurant, he was very kind to accommodate our needs. We had a pleasant experience and would like to stay again next time.

It's an excellent stay at this hotel, we really enjoyed everything it can offer including the view. The room is spacious, clean. Bed is very comfortable. Staffs are all friendly...

Wonderful view from the hotel even I was not staying in the lake view room which can have a peak of the lake. However, staffs may need more training. I have booked two nights but in separate bookings and staffs was good to let me stay in the same room. But they dont release that the room key was deactivated even I told them my situation.

The room was disappointing. In much need of an upgrade. Very dated. Shower door wouldn't close properly. Have stayed twice before over the years. This will be the last.

Hotel was clean and well maintained, great lakeviews and polite staff. We had a short stay there and would recommend it :)

We came back for wedding anniversary but we were disappointed initially with our room. The bed etc was exceptional but the layout was unpleasant and poorly designed. You looked at a wall with a tv on it and cupboard doors when the view outside was the bush and waterfall.  Everything else was good and with the bus stop outside the hotel door getting around Queenstown was easy and cheap.  Restaurant was good, room tidy but dated.

Well appointed hotel a nice walk out of the town making it nice and quiet. Good facilities including pool and sauna. Excellent breakfast. All staff were very welcoming and attentive.

Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, good sized room and nice and quiet even though we overlooked the road. We have stayed here a couple of times before and notice that it is starting to show its age but that said its clean and is being fairly well maintained . The lodge style that it used to have has been eroded with a big TV over the fireplace and loud music playing in the bar, so its not a place to sit and relax, which is a shame. The room was a little on the cold side as there is a vent near the door that blows out icy cold air so you have to have the heat pump on which then dries you out but there was an extra blanket so its pretty cosy once you are in bed. When I asked for an extra pillow a selection of 4 different kinds got delivered which was great and the service was excellent. Parking was free, which is a bonus as most places charge. Despite the very minor negatives we would stay here again.

地理位置在半山腰上，去皇后鎮中心要走路約20分鐘，酒店對面就有個步道可以直通山下皇后鎮、也可以坐公交車、環境很舒服～ 入住酒店等到下午2點才有房間而且房卡壞了兩次

我們定的套房其實是兩個標準間中間有一道隔門， 打開就是連在一起，觀賞就是獨立的房間。挺失望的。 就點入住拖了四十分鐘， 説房間還沒打掃完，效率太可笑了。 以後不打算去這裏住的。四星的酒店，感覺達不到。有一個室外游泳池，一個小的熱水池，有健身房。 基礎設施都有，但是也就是有而已吧。

酒店類似於一個度假村的形式 但是佔地不大 總共三棟樓 大堂進門就是酒店自己的餐酒吧 沒嘗 但是看起來還不錯 房間設施齊全 面積挺大 還有陽台 就是稍微有點老舊 燈光稍顯昏暗 沒有礦泉水提供 需要自行購買
