Convenient location, nearby the airport. There’s also New World supermarket nearby. Just that driving to the city takes about 20 mins drive. Amenities wise sufficient. 👍🏼

Location is good. However, daily housekeeping is poor. Supplies are not replenished. I stayed for 6 nights, I have to keep going to Reception asking for toilet paper, facial tissue, washing detergent, dishwashing detergent, etc. The ventilation is bad, cooker hob is not working. I cooked curry, the smell stayed in the room for next 2 days.

It is located near Queenstown Airport and not many shops around by, so better have own car to stay. Inside the room, there is a washing machine and dryer, so there is no need to pay for extra cleaning. But it is better to check in at least before 6 pm. After that time, there is no one at reception, and no one takes a call right away. Btw, deer decoration at reception definitely catches eyes.

Renovated and conveniently located hotel. The service was good and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, in our room, the kitchen exhaust hood was not working and there were no windows that could be open, the only large window was fixed and without an opening option, so only for light. Every time we would cook, the whole room would fill up with smoke and it was just not nice.

Very spacious room with washing machine and a dryer. Kitchen with the utensils. The view from the room is super awesome! Clean and tidy. Just near the airport with five minute drive or 20 min walking. Very kindfull and helpfull staffs too.

Good location, near airport, standard Ramada style, the elevator was on fixing and cannot use.

Overall a good experience. Housekeeping was average over our 10days stay. Room is of an avg size. Front desk was very helpful and the free car park was also very handy. Wifi a little spotty but not a big issue.

Very close to the queenstown airport. The Thai restaurant in the first floor had great foods! You can also walk to a nearby supermarket or liquor shop from this hotel. The room and amenities were not bad.
