A new bike trail connects directly to Arrowtown linking with the Queenstown trail bike network. A 5 minute walk leads to the famous Shotover Jetboat location. There are 4 restaurants/bars located within walking distance and an indoor bowling alley. There is a general store within walking distance for bread/milk etc.The bus stop is located just a 2 minute walk from the house and takes you directly into Queenstown centre, Frankton and Arrowtown.The house is spacious with 2 separate entertaining rooms both with a Smart TV allowing families to spread out.
